The hotel bent over backwards for us throughout our stay here. We were out early (between 5 and 6am) every morning of our stay and each morning a breakfast bag was made up for us to take out for the day so we wouldn't lose out on breakfast. The room that we stayed in was lovely and felt very exclusive with our own porch area to sit in and relax. Also, the location in the town of San Pedro de Atacama is fantastic as it is right on one end of the main street with shops, bars and restaurants and the vibe in and surrounding the hotel was great.

There wasn't much not to like about the hotel.

Very comfortable and cozy cabins. The rooms are very clean same as the bathroom. The staff is very kind. If you have a tour very early in the morning they will make a bag with some sandwiches for the trip :) The food at the restaurant is very delicious. The breakfast is a bufet, there are no many options but everything we tried was delicious

The beds are short so if you're tall you're probably going to struggle a bit. Maybe the only thing we didn't like was having to go back and forth to the next building to leave the keys, still it's doable. The bedrooms don't have a/c but if you open the windows and turn on the fan you'll be just fine

The location is in a quiet corner yet very close to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located.The room is spacious. You basically have your own cabana with patio. The packed breakfast is greatly appreciated and specially when leaving early for a tour. The hotel restaurant serves tasty ceviche. Hot and cold shower was working good. They clean the room everyday. You get fresh towels each day. The power outlet near the bed. Easy check in and check out.

They don’t have AC in the room .they supply each room with an electric fan though. You have to borrow hair dryer from the front desk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the rooms being individual little buildings, they were really quaint. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was really great that there were two pools so that it wasn't too busy. Breakfast was fantastic, better than most!

It was a bit expensive for what you can usually get in South America. The complex is divided into two parts with a dirt road in between. You have to plan ahead to make sure you pick up pool towels, etc so you don't have to venture to the other side to get what you need. The room was also very warm during the day, there was a fan but no AC,

Amazing staff, they were so warm and welcoming; breakfast was incredible as they had a delightful breakfast bar as well as eggs to order. The location couldn't have been better. Overall really great experience

Would love a digital keycard or a wristband key because the key was super large with the keychain and trying to travel light didn't make carrying it around all that easy, but first world problems, not a huge deal.

it was really central and the rooms were really nice and comfy

breakfast is served from 7.30, taking in consideration most tours start at that time, I think breakfast buffet should open earlier to allow guests to enjoy what they paid for, most people go to do tours, so makes no sense breakfast is open that late, they give you a breakfast box, but is quite poor quality food

Location and bedroom

Breakfast was included but all tours start so early you cannot have it. The hotel is delightful and gives you a breakfast box but if they ran breakfast from. 6.30 - 9.30 guests would not need a box and could have their lovely breakfast. We were their five nights but only had breakfast boxes

The location is very good, it has two pools and the staff are very polite and gentle. They lend towels to the lagoons tour and provide picnic in case there’s no time to have breakfast.

The bed was not very confortable and the curtain was too thin so the light outsite bothered a little bit in the night.

Spacious room, very clean. Water available all the time good pool (2 available) and pool area Location - very close to everything you need. you can do everything walking a very short distance

The location also a minus. A lot of noise coming from the restaurants nearby and it goes every night till late. If you plan to rest, this is a very important thing to consider. Beds could be more comfortable.

Location was great. The restaurant and grounds were outstanding. It's very beautiful. The staff was wonderful.

The rooms are VERY hot during the day. It was hard to get them cooled down at night. That is probably true of most hotels in the area in the summer.
