Clean nice big room. No staff to check us in. Everything was done through the terminal, which allowed us to check in quite late

Some weird lamp switches compositions (bathroom switch turns the light only in the shower which is not enough for the bathroom itself, but there was a mirror light there to help)

We actually liked everything. The size of the room, the beds, sheets and pillows were very, very comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely distributed. The people (reception) were so friendly and supportive. Lots of parking spaces. Very good price. Bathroom is also very comfortable and has lots of space.

The only thing we could suggest, is to add either a shelf or a little cabinet or stool in the bathroom to place some bag and clothes. There is enough space to add it. :o)

The staff are great, so friendly and helpful, every one of them. We were exhausted after a long long drive from London and the mattresses were really comfy, plus it was a bonus to just get good beer and hearty food on site. And the shower was fantastic.

Hotel was funky as hell, brightly coloured. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Fantastic for the price.

Drinks are all served via vending machine at night, which is great, but no plant based milk/coffee options

Nice and cheap number with everything what you need. A little cold, but I was there in rain season

If you have a credit card, you book inside the building, but if you don't you should go to nearest restaurant and pay there. But it is not a big problem

Nice and good size room with spacious shower room. The linens were clean and white. The view was on the car park so I could keep eye on my car. Peace and quiet behind the window all night. Only in the morning some noise and smoke's smell from cars leaving the hotel. The staff was were nice and helpful with checking in.

The check in machine was faulty and it had no sign on the screen saying that it was out of order. I was charged a double amount for the two booked rooms and my money was blocked on the account as "pending transaction". I received a message from the hotel staff that the check in machine was broken, but when we arrived there were no sign that it should not be used. The tiles in the shower were not clean and had damp spots. In another room, one out of two shower heads didn't work.

Great stop on motorway. There’s a restaurant serving grill, burgers etc, good option to get hot food during the travel

No soundproof, Leaking shower. Room needs tlc. Instead of touching up here and there on the walls with paint maybe better to paint the wall all in one go.

Simple modern and clean room with nice bathroom. The hotel is attached to an American style diner with great food ,atmosphere and service. It even had smiley robot waiters. Perfect overnighter!

I confused the robot and it stopped😏

Good value for money, perfect location close to highway and city of Paderborn, clean & spacious rooms with comfy beds, many space for car, main entrance opens with room card so it's safety place for guests, easy check-out, american restaurant with robots, rooms are quiet even though the main road is nearby. In hotel there's a vending machine with snacks and beverages.
