Amazing building, everything brand new. Be aware that it's on top of the hill. But that's great because the view from there is amazing. We had a room with city view but from the balcony we could still see the sea. And now worries, there's an elevator up the hill. :) Be aware that there is no wifi (as written in the description). Really friendly and fast responding host. For the low price more than you could wish!

Only little minus was that the water in the shower didn't get warm. Also not super cold so it was still possible to shower.

We had an economy room (room 1) which was basic but that’s what we booked…the bed was very comfy, the shower hot and the cleanliness in the room high. Excellent for a cheap room and one night stay.

Automatic checkin which makes me anxious as I like to see a person, but that’s my anxieties. There was an automatic voice at regular intervals from some sort of remote control device in the entrance….including throughout the night…no idea what that was about….but it was disturbing….since there wasn’t anyone on site it’s something the owner can deal with I’m sure.

The B&B is in a great location in the upper town, and in walking distance of the cliff face or beach down below. Check-in was very easy with the information provided over the app. The room was clean and comfortable, with no real problems that we could see. The free breakfast at a nearby bar was lovely and a great way to start our day of travelling over to Sicily. I would stay again if we were in the area, and the price cannot be complained at.

Although stated there was wifi, a wifi password was provided and a router is in the building. We had no wifi. We only stayed one night so not a big problem for us but maybe for people needing the internet and for a longer stay. Communication with the hosts was sometimes very slow and after a certain time, non-existent. The security camera in the hallway kept turning on and making noise, which was very unnerving as it echoed throughout the building and into our room. We tried asking for help on but as it was gone 10pm we got no response. Thankfully it didn't keep us up so we didn't attempt to make contact again.

Good value rooms with AC, balcony, private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink and toilet shower like bidet) and comfy beds. We even got our towels+linens changed once. The room has everything you need. The breakfast at Bella vista is also really nice, each morning a croissant and a delicious coffee. Loved it

You have to pay attention when showering because the water somethimes leaks or the drainage is slow. If these things are considered, the shower can be used while avoiding these issues.
