The hotel staff was fantastic. It's an older building but it is in a wonderful location on a mountain. The hotel owner was very helpful and friendly.

The building is older, so if you need everything to modern it isn't the place for you. We don't mind older things and the locations and hospitality was super.

Good location, for someone with a car, it's pretty close to the most ski resorts in the area. If you don't have a car, then look for another one close to the ski resort and accept to pay higher. Our room is spacious. They have good price on the rooms.

Breakfasts were booked for 5 days, but only the last day they provide scrambled egg. For the remaining 4 days, at breakfast, there were no hot meals. It was a bad decision to pay for 5 breakfasts for us because all the breads and salamis, cheese they provide, we can easily buy from the supermarkets at a much lower price than we pay for 5 breakfasts for 4 people, even though we have 3 kids of 1, 5 and 7 year old. Staff were not so nice, made us feel really uncomfortable. We had our 3 kids, and need to move the beds closer to each other so that when they sleep, they do not fall into the ground, during our stay, they found out that we moved the furnitures, instead of informing us nicely, they wrote a message via booking.com and warned us if we didn't bring back the furniture to the original location, they would charge us money on our credit cards stored in booking.com. Even though we still had 2 more days to stay there. After checking out on the last day, we returned everything to their original position. I realised that we made a mistake bringing raw hotdog with us, because we though there is a shared kitchen, but we were wrong, that was another location we looked at booking.com before choosing this one. So, we asked the owner to help us with boiling the hotdogs in the kitchen, she refused completely. Hotdogs had to come back to Germany after 6 days travelling to Czech.
