Comfortable room, enough parking space, beer available, good breakfast

One very very small - room was supposed to have moutain / river view, but was centrally to parking place. I didn't care, but description was misleading.

The rooms were large and airy. We ate in the restaurant every night and the food was lovely and great value for money. Great location for our needs.

Good hotel! Friendly staff, cozy rooms.

The room had no air conditioning, we slept with the window open, and a small mountain river was making a bit of noise outside.

For czech folks, there is only news channel (CT24) in TV. But we didn't come to watch TV, so no problem at all. At least we are informed now :D

A great location with very friendly staff. Although we tried to muddle through in Czech (for my own practice, much to the evident pain I was causing everyone within earshot), the staff spoke good English and looked after us well. A perfect stay for outgoing types with a few options for evening beers post-hike or post-ski. Overall a great stay.

The staff was nice . It was warm. Some double rooms have a big bathroom, and some have a very small bathroom.

Very nice shower facility, with good water pressure and steady temperature. Outdoor dining area was very pleasant. Nice dinner menu. Good selection of breakfast foods; excellent coffee.

The smoking area was at the entrance, so impossible to avoid cigarette smoke. Although the hotel books itself as a "spa", there were no "spa" facilities available. The lock on the room door was not working properly, making it difficult to get in and out of the room. The lighting in the room was insufficient.

Breakfast could be better, The room was a bit outdated and doesn't correspond to a 3stars hotel. High prices at the restaurant.

Big room to stay and clean

You have to pay 16Euro for the Sauna. And you have to pay for a parking slot. Room was cold due to bad isolation of windows.
