Extremely friendly staff. Free car park. Extra space where you can store your equipment. Very good location. About 17 km to Karlovy Vary and 13 km to the ski lifts.

Variety of breakfasts (nothing has changed in 2 years). Additionally city taxes, which I have to pay at check-out. But no one informed me about it at check-in.

Our room was very good (comfortable bed, kettle, etc.). Staff were very kind and attentive. The main attraction, however, is definitely the food. The restaurant is very good while moderately priced.

There is quite some noise from the main road close by. If you are used to sleeping with the window open, you should try to get a room at the rear.

The location of the hotel. So close to everything: 20 min to Ski resort , 10 min Ostrov, Karlovy Vary 20 min, delicious restaurant 10 min. Free private parking. Extremely friendly personal and management of the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for hospitality! I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nothing to do without the car!

This Hotel is truly exceptional. It is on a high level and very tidy. The staff is paying a lot of attention to the details. Service level is great and most of all, the dinner in the restaurant was on a Michelin star level - honestly! We were really surprised.

The stuff is very kind. The food was really tasty. The place is very clean. The best chocolate fondant ever! The food presentation was excellent ! Good parking options.

The wifi don’t work for apple products. You have to restart your device from time to time. For working it’s not good. The breakfast is very very tasty but is also Limited in quantity. Maybe I’m used to “East as much as you like”. For some breakfast foods you have to pay extra. I Didn’t expect that.

Was not able to take the breakfast because i was leaving early. They gave me a big lunchbag. That was so nice !

Very nice surprise this hotel. A welcome and goodbuy gift, nice clean and big rooms. But food was spectacular!

Very nice and comfortable hotel with super tasty food and a good wine list. It is not my first visit there and I really like it. I will definitely come back.

Exceptional hotel with most welcoming and friendly staff who did everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable! We were welcomed with a choice of drinks in the patio upon our arrival and then after check in also received a brief guided tour with explanations about the different facilities available. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful forest and at our dinner (which is also very recommended) we had a mushroom soup with freshly picked mushrooms from the forest. Breakfast was also very tasty, a-la-carte style with a variety of options to choose from a menu. We also enjoyed the wellness are which was available to book privately for 90 minutes. The place is conveniently close both to Ostrov and Jachymov towns (by car) and Trail Park Klinovec is about 12 min. by car which is also very recommended place to visit both for mountain biking and trekking. We arrived with a car and the hotel has plenty of free parking place for its guests.

We couldn't find anything that we did not like.
