The customer service was wonderful at the front desk. The eggs and sausage at breakfast were excellent. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is right across a little road.

1. The hot tub was empty and closed for repairs and according to other reviews, it has been closed for over a month, and the pool is too chilly to swim in, even for my daughter. 2. The front doors of the rooms slam every time they shut, This really became an issue when the neighbors across the hall started filling their car with their luggage at around 7am. Their door slammed numerous times as they went back and forth to their car. 3 Hidebed mattress is totally spent and lacks any cushion it once had

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The deck was a nice bonus. There was a very nice buffet style breakfast with many options included. The pool and hot tub were refreshing with open ventilation for fresh air.

I booked on booking.com and the room was supposed to have a ocean view, which it did not. Over $300 a night, I was very disappointed not to be able to see the ocean. The air conditioning was a stand-up unit in the corner of the room. Even on high, it did not cool the room. It was warm and stuffy in the room and even with the windows opened, sleeping was too warm.

We arrived around 1pm with our elderly dog, we were hoping to check in early if possible so our pup could lay down and rest after traveling. Kathy, the front desk staff, took our number and gave us a call when the room was clean, allowing us to check in a few hours early and give our poor dog a break. I can't say how much I appreciated this!

For the price, the location isn't very convenient, very few restaurants are within walking distance. Our room was comfortable but had a view of the parking lot on one side and a tall, unattractive wooden fence on the other. No ocean views.

This was our second time staying. We went for the fourth holiday. Great location for beach access. There are two options in walking distance just across the road. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Always a cheerful greeting as you passed. The chefs who prepared breakfast we excellent. Stayed on top of keeping bfast items in supply and hot. They greeted everyone as they walked in. Overall, the hotel was very clean. Each room has a deck and screen door. Be aware that there are no elevators to second floor rooms, so request a ground level room if you have anyone in your group who has a hard time getting up the stairs.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Lots of options and everything was fresh like a restaurant buffet style. The room was super clean upon arrival. Had some lotion & other personal hygiene items. Also a good sized queen bed. The pool was also a spacious size for everyone. The outside is kept pretty clean as well.

The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the hot tub wasn't working :/ but the pool was so didn't matter too much.

The room was large and very comfortable. The location to the beach, downtown area and the stables made it the perfect place to stay. We were able to ride our bikes around to where we needed so we were not driving all over. The staff was helpful and friendly, and when we forgot our goggles for the pool in the room, they had some on hand to loan. The hotel management has thought of everything!

Everything was good!

I love the layout of the rooms into little apartments. We loved our suite - it far exceeded my expectations for a hotel room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was spectacular with the beach right out the "back door." Everything was better than expected and we would gladly stay here again.

Some of the light bulbs in the room were a harsh color - the bright white ones that I personally strongly dislike. I would prefer they all be warm white.

AWESOME breakfast and kitchen staff!! Great location with easy access to a nice beach. Fast check-in and very nice, courteous staff. Room was sufficient size with the standard amenities.

TV had issues -- a cord had a bad connection that we were unable to fix. Parking was difficult in the evening when returning from dinner. One of the restaurants on the hotel's suggested list... well, I would not ever suggest it after we had a really bad experience, including my son becoming ill.

The location was great, facilities, and staff were all great! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Very dog friendly grounds. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The internet and Wi-Fi connections were horrible. Trying to look up restaurants and things to do was challenging. We had to leave the hotel to get enough service on our phones.

Everything!! Indoor pool and hot tub, great breakfast with amazing ladies running it, beds in 125 were firm and bedding was soft and clean! The patio was great and they have private access to the beach across the street. Laundry for $2 a load and $1 for soap and dry sheets. Everything was very clean and soft water!
