This is a charming hotel with really friendly staff. The view from the upstairs room to the ocean was fantastic. My husband and I chose it for our anniversary trip this year and it was an exceptionally great value for the price. The walk into downtown has a lighted and extremely visibly marked crosswalk and a protected sidewalk for great ease of access. Took less than five minutes, even crossing 101.

I didn't have any trouble with the comfort of the bed, but my husband didn't sleep well on it. Beds are such an individual preference that it really was outside the hotel's means to fix. The linens were very clean!

They are on the right track but not finished with the rooms. Work going on. Light outside too bright and on at night/traffic noise made quiet night of sleep not fabulous. rRght across from Old Town and places to eat. Friendly staff.

We were not offered breakfast at the Inn. However the old town was right across the Inn with all kind of shops and restaurants. The rooms at the Inn were very charming, well decorated, and clean. The staff was welcoming.

The the room was huge! Clean and fresh smelling slot of times coastal hotels smell of a hint of mildew but not this place AMAZING! Location was easy walking distance to several restaurants.

We had a beautiful view of old town and the ocean just past it from our room. It was a very spacious room and very comfortable too! The housecleaners came every day and were careful to not disturb any of our stuff. The staff were lovely and kind to speak with, and they gave great recommendations.

Beautiful comfortable modern room. Friendly and courteous staff. Right downtown in Old Town and near the water.

Having the highway to cross every time you go to town. Although the crosswalk is state of the art and very easy to use.

location was within walking distance to both shops, restaurants and the pier/boardwalk. Within a few miles of the beach also.

The hosts were very nice and the place was clean.

It was right on the main street so there was some traffic noise. The bathroom and shower was very small.

Close to centre, lovely clean room and great service.

The owner is renovating each room and has done a superb job. Once the bathrooms are complete, the rooms will be great.

Close to shops in downtown and in walking distance. Love the inn and have gone here 3 years now for our anniversary. will continue going to the inn, and no were else.
