An outstanding little hotel within walking distance of all the main sights. There are also several good restaurants nearby. The host and hostess were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was spacious and looked out over the small courtyard/parking area. There is also a leafy garden to sit in, weather permitting. Orange itself is a very attractive and interesting little town, and if you stay overnight, stay in this hotel! It would be also be ideal as a centre to visit other places from, and we would happily have spent our entire holiday there.

Just as a helpful hint, parking in the courtyard is limited and a bit tight. With a VW Golf I had no problem, but a larger car might be more difficult. However there is street and other parking nearby.

Everything is just perfect! Location, the charm of the interiors of the hotel, the beautifully decorated room, cozy bathroom, and most importantly the warm welcome of the owner himself whose been there for us helping for the parking ( since we came in a busy period « festival de la gastronomie populaire « ) till the moment we checked out. He made sure that we have an amazing stay and he make time to connect with his clients which we appreciate a lot. He even offered coffee before leaving and he let us enjoyed it at the garden surrounded with beautiful flowers . It’s been nothing but amazing. Highly recommended.

None at all

Nöel is the friendliest host you can think of. The hotel is in an old building beautifully renovated with an incredible patio for having breakfast in warm days. Our room was spacious, elegant, warm (it was a cold night outside, the heating was running perfectly) and with a very comfortable bed. The stone building is so nice. It is the second time we stay here and we will repeat at the next opportunity. In addition, they offer a safe parking (closed, behind a gate, for free, we have a large SUV). The breakfast is also delicious and very generous. Thank you, Nöel. Looking forward to seeing you next time.

The hotel itself is a much higher standard than its present rating. It is superbly and tastefully decorated. Our room was perfect with its view onto an inner garden courtyard. The owner of the hotel is absolutely delightful. Friendly, warm and welcoming. He takes great care to look after his guests. Their was a huge choice at breakfast and the food was top quality. The location is central yet very tranquil. We'd like to return to Orange and would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely nothing

Great host always checking all was well. Nice breakfast well replenished. In warmer weather you could take breakfast outside on the beautiful terrace. Comfortable bed, good linens. They have a few parking spots inside the clos, if you’re lucky you can snag one. Great location for walking to dinner and the Roman Theatre and Museum. Beautiful building.

Our bathroom had one of those half shower doors over the tub which floods the whole bathroom floor.

Because our room was ready the owner very kindly let us check in early so we were able to enjoy a lovely afternoon exploring the Roman theatre and museum. Our room with a comfortable bed looked out onto a courtyard and was very quiet. Best of all our room was decorated with two original 20th century artists prints, one of which I liked so much I tracked another copy down on eBay and bought it!

An absolute gem. Charming host who was very happy to share local knowledge and recommended an excellent restaurant within a short stroll. Very good sized room, quiet and comfortable. Central location with benefit of parking (but not for a large car!). Nice breakfast and altogether very good value for money - our only problem was that we were only able to stay one night. Will definitely return.

The Host made us feel welcome from check in to check out, this place is just perfect the rooms are lovely and clean, and quite, there is parking at the back of the hotel, we will definitely be booking again.

For us we would of like tea and coffee making facilities in the room as we are English lol

Great location. 10 minutes walk to the train station. Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops close by. Ampitheatre at the end of the street. And a great street market (Thursday) Very clean hotel. My room was perfect. Comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent wifi. The host was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this hotel

No English TV channels Awkward angle of the shower over the bath made it impossible to keep the floor dry.
