Very clean and a quiet location. Nice bathroom, nice TV with actual TV channels and comfortable bed. Also free parking which is a big deal in Florida!

They tried to charge me $5/day for WiFi when it was already included in my booking for free.

I suggest they do more with the restaurant called Bar and Bistro. It was ok for breakfast but lunch it seemed closed, and in the evening was not prepared for customers. several food items not available and one evening they had no wine available. They are missing a great opportunity, as I frequently saw guests carrying in take out A good Bistro would do well.

Smooth and pleasant check in & out. Balcony is a plus.

Those $5 bottles of water for sale in room (very tacky...Hampton gives you 2 for free upon checking in) & shower is on the smaller side for us xl guys.

Location . Price . Room 337 was given to us for our 10 day stay . We had asked for a quiet room when we booked with Booking.Com and also when we checked in . Far away from outside doors , banging shut , and far away from Noisy ice machine on each floor . We would pick that room when we return. The Kohler shower was one of the best ever . Not a power shower , but adequate flow . The overlapping shower doors kept the bathroom floor very dry . We stayed in the Courtyard for the full 10 days we were in Fort Lauderdale 🥳

The toilet blocked on the first night . 11 goes with 5 minute gaps to get it to clear . First thing next morning, we went to Walmart to buy a plunger , which sorted out future blockages . The toilet paper was very thin , and not really fit for purpose, but this would tie in with poor disposal of waste . UK type toilet paper would have done a much better job of wiping bottoms but would have blocked more ☹️

Natasha was incredibly professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She handled every question and concern with patience and clarity, making sure I fully understood my options. It was very clean, convenient location and the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Omar, he informed us of a lot of services the hotel offered and was very friendly, he has excellent customer service skills. I love that the hotel provided shuttle service to Sawgrass Mills mall and any other stop within a 3 mile radius

Due to the recent renovations, I was told that all of the rooms were standup showers. I was unable to wash my daughter comfortably after being at the hotel for about four days. I was offered a handicap room, but I declined. I just decided to stay showering her the way I’ve been doing. But for the inconvenience, I was offered free breakfast for the remainder of my stay.

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly.

I didn't like that a microwave was not available in the room, but I understand why after I asked and what was told to me. I also didn't like room cleaning every other day and would prefer daily, but I was told I could ask for daily, so that was not a problem.

Our shower was broken and we notified the desk but they couldn’t send a repair man but no one ever came so we had no shower for one day. Asked for a rebate on the bill. Told the manager has to approve but he wasn’t there. We got his card and called him twice but no response. Will be notifying our credit card company to dispute the 2nd day charges. You don’t rent a room with no shower.

Location was great! The proximity to FLL, shops and restaurants was just what we needed. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

We traveled with a soccer team and needed laundry facilities after games. It would be great if there were more washers and dryers. Also, I had booked a room for two adults and one child and was under the impression that we'd have a sofa bed or an extra bed for the kid. But there wasn't which was a disappointment.
