The most welcoming and family-like hotel I have ever been to. The B&B is beautifully located up the hill, you can enjoy sunset every day. The garden is beautiful, it is full of plants and trees, very pleasant to spend time. The atmosphere is wonderful, the hosts treat you like family and prepare the best breakfast (salty and sweet, consider I am a fussy person) you will ever get at B&B. Thank you for your generosity and delicious cookies :) You can't find a better place. I will surely bring my parents. I would come back only for your focaccia!

We came back to this wonderful house for the second time. And we really hope to come back at least one more time.. The hosts love their home and their guests very much. The house is very tidy, every detail is thought out. The house is surrounded by an amazingly beautiful garden. Every morning the housewife prepares an incredibly delicious and varied breakfast. A very friendly dog ​​Laika also lives in this house. The house is in a perfect location to visit the most beautiful places in the Marche region. We sincerely wish you to discover this wonderful house and the people who live here.

This was amazing.. :) The views, room, balcony, vibe, location, cleanliness, warm welcome, dedicated breakfast, rose garden, olive trees.. but mostly the hosts. It’s a “feels like home” place. Real Italian heaven on earth ! :)

If you’re on the hunt for a 5-star hotel, don’t go. If you’re looking an honest and soulful experience with everything you love about this country, don’t even seek for anything else. This is the one :)

We have been back home a week now and we are missing Santa Maria Nueva and in particular my friends Franco and Rosie. They went out of their way to make our stay a perfect one. Franko (a master gardener) has created the perfect home with the perfect surroundings. Including a vegetable garden that includes practically every vegetable you can think of. Rosie presented us with breakfast that included home pastries, fresh fruit, homemade marmalade, jambon and cheeses. Fresh squeezed orange juice and much more. The espresso was great as well. Their home has a view all the way to the Adriatic Sea. They also have a trampoline that my two older ones made good use of. We took tons of pictures in and around what my wife called her ''dream house''. And it is just that. But what we love most about the villages surrounding the Ancona area and Marche in general is that you can find the beauty of Tuscany here without all the tourists. If you go to dine at any of the Ristorante in the area, chances are it will be you and the locals. We stayed here just two nights. The backend of a 17 day road trip to the Basque Country. We'll be back Franco and Rosie. Thanks for everything.

Rosa and her husband were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and always quick to respond. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay truly enjoyable. My partner and I had three fantastic days here. The location of the house is ideal, nestled perfectly between stunning mountains and the sea. We highly recommend staying here! Also, amazing Crostata.

The property is absolutely beautiful. We were there in May, and the roses were in full bloom, as well as so many other gorgeous flowers. We had a balcony overlooking the yard, and the valley below where we spent time. The owners, Rosi and Franco are delightful, and breakfasts were amazing. Every possible detail was carefully planned and executed.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Home made fresly prepared breakfast in the most beautiful of surroundings, quiet room with views one only dreams of. Clean, spacious, accommodation with own access door from the side + other room with own terrace. The owners could not do more to make our stay memorable, we sincerely wish to return one day.
