We had a ground floor family apartment with a terrace. The apartment was a home-from-home. A bit old-fashioned but classic wood interior which had a luxury feeling to it and had a lot of storage even for a long time stay (we only stayed for 3 days). The rooms were large, with plenty of space for seating, dining and family time (since we only came for 3 days we spent most of the time outside and did not have much time to enjoy the apartment, but it was comfortable enough for a great time in). Nice big flat TV, which my son used with his Nintendo Switch. It was quiet and we hardly saw other guests from our location. Well equipped kitchen, with nice fridge (just keep in mind you need to bring/buy everything if you are cooking, including salt, sugar, oil etc). We had breakfast included, and it was a served one (not a buffet). It was served on a restaurant terrace with a nice view, and the food was fantastic. There was some variation in the food over our three nights stay, and the food was plenty for us (even for my teenage sons). We did not have time to try the pool, but it looked very nice though on a small side. The area is lined with trees and feels like an oasis when you walk in from the street. Friendly helpful staff. The location is good. Turunc is a small place, and while it is not the closest location to the sea you can walk there in under 10 minutes. Just around the corner is the local food market which was open on Monday when we arrived (not sure when it opens again, but at least on Mondays). You can buy very fresh local fruits, veg, cheese, honey and eggs there. Supermarket is about 7-10 minutes walk. The beaches give you sun beds and umbrellas in exchange for buying drinks (and optionally food) which are not expensive. There are showers and changing rooms there. We enjoyed snorkelling there, seeing lots of different fish not far from the shore.

It is minor, but it would be good to have a smaller pot in the kitchen.

Brilliant location; very close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area was lovely, it was always clean and there was plenty of space when we visited in July. The apartment block was great as it was set away from the road so it was private and quiet. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was a great size and we had a large outside space. The apartment was well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, fridge freezer and the cooking utensil were adequate for what we needed during our stat I would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately when we arrived we were made to feel like an inconvenience as the person who checked us in came across as quite rude and abrupt......maybe he was just having a bad day?! The welcome we received coloured our view for the first day but luckily all other staff we met were super friendly. Whilst the room had everything we needed it was a bit dated and the decor could do with some TLC.

A little oasis. Such an amazing place, a little gem in a perfect location. Clean, well equipped and really friendly staff. The manager spoke good English and was very helpful

Was really nervous to have our passports taken off us on arrival in the early hours of the morning. We were told they would be returned the next day but we could see they were left on the unattended desk with all the windows and doors open so anyone could have taken. Would have felt happier if they were being locked in the safe.

The staff were great, Jo from the Wirral working around the pool was lovely and a real asset for English speakers, we had a great time, very close to the beach and in the middle of Turunc which isn't very big anyway. Air con in all the rooms we had. Only thing rooms on our side faced anther scruffy building so not the most appealing terrace, the other side (the bar side) had a better aspect I think.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We had 2 apartments this time. It's a very clean, well maintained small apartment hotel. Minutes from the restaurants and bars. The apartments are of a good decent size, well maintained. The pool area is nice, a lovely peaceful setting like the rest of the hotel. We had snacks from the restaurant whilst at the pool which were good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Only small criticism is kitchen equipment could be better, no microwave; but we managed to make all the meals we wanted to. Though there are so many good places to eat in Turunc.

Nice and peaceful at night. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us especially Jo who was wonderful.

Guests reserving sunbeds by putting their towels on in the early morning. Some days we found there was no sunbeds and no shade. We had to sit on a chair or go to the beach. I found this practice is unfair and the hotel should not tolerate it.

A return visit to this lovely hotel. A special mention for Ramazan for looking after me so well. Excellent room overlooking the pool with all the extras (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc), and location.

My only fault is with the cleaning of my room. I had to ask for it to be done. Both cleaning and towel change only happened once in my 11 night stay. Disappointing.

one of the entrances was randomly closed from time to time batteries in airco remote controls were off not enough toilet paper and shampoo (had to ask, although stayed only for 4 days) beds are squeaky only 1 socket near 2 beds and used for a bedside lamp

We had a quiet and spacious room, could use the washing machine, good air conditioning. The pool was well maintained and very large. The excellent Turkish breakfast deserves special mention. Turunc is a nice and quiet village, compared to Marmaris.

The sulphurous odour of the water was very unpleasant. A sign or two on the way to the hotel would have helped us.

I loved that everybody is kind and helpful.The pool is great and my children loved it.The turkish breakfast was so yummy and the british lady who served us is so lovely.I would definitely go back again!

Well,they could do some refurbishment here and there.
