The staff is excellent, it is well situated one block from the city center and is comfortable with amazing views of the church(segovia room). There is an outdoor patio that overlooks the restaurant, church and surrounding area. The restaurant has good food...try the hamon croqettes! Be prepared to eat dinner later if you are from the US. Dinner wasn't even a thought until after 8:30 pm and the city square was frequently filled with diners past 11 pm. I loved it!

My only wish is that they had a refrigerator to keep sodas, water and food for the guests; not necessarily in the rooms, but even a communal place would be awesome!

Great central location in the lovely town of Navalcarnero. The owner, the lovely young lady at the front desk and all of the kitchen (restuarant) staff were friendly, pleasant, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and worth the price. The hotel parking lot was nearby and relatively inexpensive. All in all, a very nice hotel with great staff!

I spent a very relaxing evening at the hotel with an excellent meal in their restaurant. The room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed. The hotel staff were all most welcoming and the designated car park is very close. The location is very close to the main Plaza Segovia, with many other bars and restaurants. I left fully refreshed the following morning.

The hotel looked really nice and had a lovely ambiance(including the dining area). The rooms were comfortable, and big, the best was the food from the restaurant, the best calamares in the whole trip. Thanks for the experience

Having complimentary water in the rooms would be a good addition.

this is a gem in the area where is very difficult to find anything decent on a 50km radius, we really enjoyed the old stile Spanish home renovated with modern finishes abs luxurious features.

the property itself was excellent, it was a shame that the Spanish government forces people to work when they’re sick apparently, there was a waiter coughing constantly serving food, although she was nice and was wearing a mask made me feel quite uncomfortable. Also at breakfast, assuming that you want to share a plate of eggs across the table instead of serving two dishes was a bit strange. Would you serve a coffee in a bigger single cup to share between two people because the are seating together without asking them ?

There are published working times of the restaurant, but it just isn’t open at that time. Also the private parking is not included in the price.

Very central location with beautiful views of the old quarters. Very clean and well-maintained traditional building. Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Nice Spanish-style breakfast: coffee, pastries, and fruits.

Parking only semi-secure, no lock but video camera.

The room was beautiful and the decoration kind or colonial/rustic. The room had AC and the water from the faucet was drinkable. There is a restaurant at the hotel that closes late (midnight) and across the street there is a tavern where the food is absolutely delicious.

Th only detail was that we ran out of toilet paper very often as service will not place a spare in the room and we were 3 people.

It should have a better cooling system when bathroom are in 2nd leve. Too hot in summer.
