We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. Couldn’t recommend the helpful staff enough. They were at our beck and call when needed and having a 4 year old, we needed some extra items, and they provided with a smile and immediately. The staff spoke English very well and couldn’t do enough to help us. Secure underground parking was really safe and easily accessible from the hotel, not needing to go outside the building to access vehicle for baggage etc. we were really impressed with the customer service as it was top level from (this hotel). Rooms could have some modern features such as usb wall sockets. Other than that all else was above average in terms of comfort and expectations.

The shower. It’s a tiny shower basin with curtain. The curtain must be inside or water goes everywhere and even when it is, the curtain blocks the whole and the basin fills up and runs all over the floor and carpet. The wet carpet caused a damp smell. I’ve read other reviews about the showers and it’s true. You’re going to have to action this problem or end up replacing carpets every year.

Please note that the parking garage is only 195cm high. We had a roof suitcase on our car and could not go in with the roof suitcase. It was 25 degrees in our room and could not find a way to lower the heater.

Great location, the lady at reception in the morning was really helpful and friendly.

No climate control in the room, the pillows were not great and mostly the price. For the size of the room, it was very expensive (maybe something going on that let hotels raise prices?...).

Incredibly clean and comfortable, the staff was very kind, and the breakfast is the best we’ve had in a German hotel. It is in a great location and walking distance to everything in the area.

Location and cleanliness. The place is modest but well maintained. The bathroom is super big for Germany. Breakfast is available but we didn’t try it.

We spent only one night, on our way home. It is convenient because hotel is only few km from highway. Hotel has a car garage. Across the hotel, there is a nice park and 2 restaurants. Bakery is very close so we had nice breakfast (we did not include hotel breakfast in our stay). Beds are very comfortable..

There is no air con so for wormer weather, it would be an issue.
