I liked the Room, becuase it was comfortable and clean. It had just enough space for me to movearound. The hotel was located in a good location for food, drinks and some entertainment.

I had high expectations for the gym, because it was displayed on photo gallery. When I arrived I was confused to find out the actual gym just included some cardio equipment,and not the free weights and kettle bells like on the gallery photos.

The hotel was super modern and so comfy to stay in. I couldn’t get out of the shower or bed sometimes as they were both so nice!

The location is far out of main town Seoul centre. It takes about 10minutes to walk to the station from the hotel. You then have to wait every half hr for the metro. The station is on an off-shoot of the metro line making it quite confusing and also you have to wait longer for that particular tube. KTX train goes straight into Seoul Station but is expensive.

Modern hotel with lovely mountain views from the windows. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Nearby eateries and generally very quiet. Staff were very courteous and willing to help. The hotel lobby is very beautiful.

The bathroom could be cleaner and the door to the bathroom was odd. We picked this place as it seemed close to Gwangmyeong ktx station but it was actually a fair walk with all our suitcases. If you don't have a lot of luggage, then it should be fine. We were located near the rooftop and could hear yelling and cheering at night time. If this would affect you, please request a lower floor.

Nice that it was next to Ikea, a small mall, and Costco but the location (being in Gwangmyeong) isn't the best, even if it is a 10 minute walk to the train station. The cleaning staff was exceptional. We were traveling with a little toddler and the cleaning staff went above and beyond to help keep our room clean and organized. We're so thankful to them. I believe the hotel is rated a 3 star hotel but it definitely deserves at least a 4 or 4.5 star rating.

The common areas (laundry, library) close early. Also, breakfast buffet is only on weekends, but we didn't know there was even that option.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It's near IKEA, Costco, Lotte Outlet and Gwangmyeong KTX station which I wanted to visit while I was staying. The bed in my room was comfortable enough and the cleanness of the room was great. The staff was nice. And other facilities like gym was okay to use.

A hair dryer in my room was a bit irritated to use because it has bumpy textures on the switch button to turn it on. So I wasn't able to grab it for more than 2-3 mins not to make my thumb tired and painful. Other than that, everything was great in general.

Room was was big enough, clean, modern, mountain view, overall good!

the location a bit far if you want to go to the city, even though is very well served with buses just next to the hotel, if you want to escape and relax then is a great choice!

The staff need to speak better English and be more prepared to give information about different services and things to do in Seoul for tourists 👌🏽

Nicely designed, very clean and well maintained hotel. Good size room with a view on the hill. Several restaurants in the neighborhood with a big Lotte Outlet, IKEA and AK Plaza in walking distance.

Subway access to this location is not very handy as you need to switch to a transfer train on line 1 which only comes once per hour. KTX is available however but has limited destinations.

Great location close to train station about 10 min walk. Good value for money and right in the heart of restaurants and bars and shops but also easy access to nearby hills for hiking and the cave. Felt a very safe and smart area.

Better value room service

Of all the hotels that i have stayed in all these years, this hotel has the BEST ROOM MAKEUP Service! Every time the room is refreshed, it looks exactly like new check in. Excellent work to the housekeeping staff!!

1.The noise insolation is not great; can hear the conversations next door and movement of furniture above. 2.The pillows provided are too soft and lack of neck support.
