Very modern hotel with good & comfortable equipment. Breakfast was very good too!

The hotel was crowded when we stayed, lots of pupils were traveling with school. The lifts were crowded, we sometimes had to wait for 15min to get in. Same for the breakfast, it was impossible to get in the elevator because they were full of pupils.

The property is in a good location, though a bit far from the historical centre, with access to both the subway and quite a few busses. There were many great places where one can eat or go shopping, as well as cherry blossom alleyways for pedestrians along the canal. The bed was comfortable, the view from the 21st floor (where our room was located) pretty good, the paid breakfast very delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small, and there were few places where we could store our clothing/luggage. We had to get a bit creative, and in the end made it work. The aircon was set up in such a way that we couldn’t lower the temperature in the room, though we caught quite a few really warm days. How they expect people to sleep in 24C is beyond me. We had to open the window quite often to cool down the room. Apparently they would allow the aircon to cool the rooms later on in the season, but not when we were there.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The spacious room, complete with ample storage and convenient amenities like multinational sockets, made me feel right at home. The comfortable sofa provided a cozy spot to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was generously sized, and the stunning view from the twelfth floor added a touch of luxury. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with a convenience store just steps away and a train station within walking distance. Plus, the early opening hours of Lotteria and Krispy Kreme made it easy to grab a quick breakfast.

The aircon was struggling most of the days. Lingered at 24 even though we set at 22.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tried their best and were able to fulfill my special request for early check in on very short notice. Not only that, they even gave us free heat packs to keep us warm during the winter season which was a very sweet gesture! The hotel room is clean and spacious enough for the price you’re paying. Not only that, the location is great too with many delicious restaurants and shopping areas just a short walking distance from the hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks shilla stay hotel!

The walls are abit thin and noises from other rooms can easily be heard.

10/10 The location is superb, literally a 2min walk to Line 2 subway that takes you everywhere. Breakfast was lovely with great chefs and tasty food. The rooms were spacious, modern and really cosy, especially the shower. Great view of the city and the best part was how lovely and friendly all the staff were. From the room engineers to breakfast staff and front desk, everybody was so kind and helpful. Even the trainee staff (shoutout to Annie) was so cheerful and wonderful to me and my daughter. Honestly, as our last couple of nights in Korea, Shilla was a safe and wonderful hotel to end our trip!

I stayed over a month. There was a girl at the front desk that was consistently kind and sweet, always asked me if everything was alright. Cleaning was so so, some days there was more attention to detail and some others not so much, there were couple of weird instances and bad humor, but nothing serious, just awkward. The hotel is conveniently located between bus and mtr stations that connectswith the city center, there's a convenience store just meters away and a caffe also meters away. I didn't find Korean culture to be extremely welcoming but that's beyond the stay. If I had to go back to Seoul for work I would definitely choose this place, only for less than a month.

This hotel was a 4-minute walk from the airport bus stop and an 8-minute walk from the subway station, according to naver maps. However, the walk may feel a little longer when you are carrying suitcases. There is a GS25 conveniently located just a few steps from the hotel entrance, which is open 24 hours and convenient for late night snack runs. There were several other restaurants and shops in the vicinity, but I did not explore the area much. The room itself was nice and included a couch and a table, which came in handy for work. It was spacious enough compared to other Seoul hotels I've stayed in. They do not provide wash cloths for bathing but since I had traveled to South Korea last year, I was prepared with my own.

Her ability to handle requests with grace and efficiency created a welcoming and stress-free environment. Rami's warm demeanor and attention to detail made us feel valued and well cared for throughout our visit. She exemplifies top-tier hospitality, ensuring guests feel comfortable and supported. Rami is a true asset to the hotel and a shining example of excellent customer service. This hotel is highly recommended!

Rooms are pretty big and were really clean, bathroom was huge and had many amenities. Staff were really friendly and helpful :) Hotel is accessible via Metro Line 2, station is a 5-min walk away from the hotel. Convinience stores are close around the location.

Sometimes the elevators were quite full (especially at morning). The carpeting outside our room in the hallway was loose and curling - nothing major but it could have been a tripping hazard.

Great value for money, nice room and bathroom with nice views of city from room. matress was comfy, staff are very friendly and happy to help

Room was starting to look slightly dated, wallpaper a bit stained and peeling in places, room wasn't really cleaned the way I'd expect each day, not sure if it was the detergent used but the sheets on the bed made us both very itchy on our legs and backs ( we stayed in a different hotel in jeju for two nights during our 2 week stay and didn't experience any irritation but it came right back when we then returned and slept again in our room at shilla)
