The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with great facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was across a street full of restaurants, and just a short walk to the metro station. There is a bus to Incheon Airport that stops right in front, which was very convenient. While the hotel is a bit farther from major tourist spots in Seoul, they are still easily accessible by public transportation. It’s also closer to areas like Suwon, and the airport access makes it a good option for travelers.

The room was a good size and had a king bed which was a must for us. The staff were amazing especially the lady from housekeeping would check to see if we needed anything each morning.

Just minor things like new caulking needed in bathrooms, and the tv turned on every time we came in.

Breakfast very good also easy access to downtown Saul via subway.I think the hotel should include a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.Not very easy when you don’t speak Korean!

some staff at front desk were a bit cold. I wish everyone was like a young female staff (I saw her name Beatrice) at the front desk, she always put on the best smile and was very warm towards customers. Staff like her should be rewarded. I would stay in the hotel again if everyone is like her.

The Sheraton Hotel offers an exceptional experience. The food is superb—flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The bed is incredibly comfortable, with fresh linens that smell clean and inviting, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

When we were first assigned to our room, it was extremely hot as the air conditioning was not working. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a room change. In the second room, everything was fine except for the refrigerator, which was broken. Once again, I had to ask the front desk for another room change. It wasn’t until the third room that we finally received accommodations that met our expectations and matched what we paid for. However, I am quite disappointed that the gym and swimming pool were under construction during our stay—something that was not disclosed in advance. Additionally, I was surprised to find that all the rooms at the Sheraton were quite small, which further affected the overall experience.

I really loved how helpful and nice the staff were when we first checked in and needed to order a taxi to get to the bus station in order to move. The bed was soft, the bathroom amenities were fantastic, and the views of Seoul were great and quiet even though we were facing the road. Would definitely look at staying here for future visits to the capital.

The only thing that was a problem for us, which is not a fault of the hotel, is that we first went to the wrong location by accident. That is on us for not paying attention to the fact that there are more than one Four Points by Sheraton.

This hotel is quite far from central seoul..i stayed my last night because it was somewhat closer to the airport and I had an early flight. The rooms are comfortable and the neighbourhood whole more local still has a lot of restaurants and shopping. The staff is super helpful at front desk and their is a airport bus pick up right up outside which makes it super convenient.

This seems to be common seoul hotel problem. The central air conditioned doesn't work well during the day so it can get warm in the room.

The location is nice and near to Green line, that is a circular line takes you around many places, such as Gangnam and COEX. Near the hotel one can find a lot of restuarants, eMArt and Burgerking.

They charge for per hourly for early checkin and late check out, even if you arrive one to two hours early. If you are coming from Europe and arriving early you will definitely like checkin when you arrive. Other thing is, their checkin time is 3 PM, which I found odd as normally hotels allow you at 14:00. Here with paid early checkin and with 3 PM is not nice.

Very nice staff which most had a command of English making it easy to ask questions. They were able to dispatch taxis for us making it very convenient. Taxis very inexpensive so this is the only mode of transportation that we used. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and pillows making our stay enjoyable. Close to some cafes and restaurants. Funny that the Dunkin’ Donuts located in the hotel doesn’t open until 10. Who wants to wait until 10 for coffee? However the restaurant in this hotel gets a big F for food and prices.
