Great choice if you need to stay in the south of Seoul, Sillim is well connected with metro. The rooms are excellent, clean, beds are comfortable and all the necessary are basically provided.

I asked for an official invoice with the price on it but I was told this couldn't be issued because I booked through booking.com . This is the first time someone gave me this excuse, I never had problems with this. It ended up being important for me, I hope it is solved in the future:)

everything is good except the staff who will say "NO" to your every request. All hotels will provide iron all over the world except WD. All hotels will provide transport map except WD. WD will give you print out which is not readable at all. They even cannot help you to get taxi except airport. They will not help you to understand any location, to reach there etc. If you need budget hotel, this is the best one due to location and dining area and subway nearby

staff. after staying 8 nights, they even will not give you 1 hour extra for late check out. if they see you, they will never greet you. will pretend as if you do not exist. super cold behaviour

Good for value, very spacious room, clean and comfortable and nice facilities. There was daily cleaning of the room and free bottled water provided. The location itself is super convenient, close to the subway and bus stop and located near many stores that open long hours. Very pleased with stay.

The room conditioning and light switch buttons were not very intuitive (minor issues), and the location itself, while we booked this hotel knowing this, can be a little far from the main attractions in central Seoul. I personally would definitely consider coming here again (as a frequent solo traveller of Seoul) but if with family or first-time visitors maybe a place located closer to the centre would be preferable. Definitely cannot beat the value though.

Room was really clean, we got fresh towels every day, and trash was collected every day. Check-in went really smoothly and staff was very friendly. The location was lovely, super close to Sillim Station, and there were plenty of facilities (convenience stores, ATMs, cafés) really close to the hotel. The beds were comfortable and cozy, and there’s enough space in the room to open your suitcase without blocking a whole space to everyone else in the room. You can hear some noise from outside if you open the window, but we were high up enough (14th floor) that it wasn’t a bother, and the view was very pretty.

The door to the bathroom made a horrible squeaking noise when you closed it, which was unfortunate for any late night bathroom breaks, because it will wake up your travel companion. There was also a small leak at the back of the toilet, so there was a little puddle of water in the bathroom at all times, so it’s best to wear your slippers. However, since we only stayed for 3 nights, we did not notify the hotel of these issues, since they were mostly minor for us, and we were happy with the room for the biggest part. I’m sure they would have assisted in fixing these issues for us, if we’d asked.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The facility is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is prime. You're right next to a convenience store so you can easily get snacks. There's also a TV and the electric bidet toilet is perfect. Water pressure is great, rain shower is very nice! Heated floors are so comforting also. Bed is comfy!

No microwave, so even though you have a mini fridge there's no way to heat up leftovers.

The location of the hotel close to the Silim station on the number 2 line was very good as it provided easy acces to most of the city. The room was really nice, warm and clean. The staff was helpful in telling me where I could go to buy an iron. There was a convenience store right around the corner and many more around. Plus a mall and plenty of places to eat at.

A hotel where you pay this much should have an iron in the room or at least one that you can borrow. While the room in general was clean, the bed next to the wall had a bit of a musty smell. There was plenty room on the other bed for both of us to fit though.

I was shocked by loud of repair or renovation works may be.But only 1 hour through my whole trip, so it’s ok☺️

The hotel is near simlim subway station, which makes it convenient to get tourist attractions. Checking-in services were going well since the staffs are able to speak English. The air conditioner is efficient, so it is easy to keep the temperature that we can stay satisfactorily. Baggage storage service are still available after checking out. All in all, the service and accomodation are well worth the charges.

The TV has been out of signal since the second day.

The hotel was neat and rooms were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and the beds were comfortable.

When we checked out, we wanted to leave a suitcase because it was broken. The staff asked us to pay ₩10.000 (around €6,60). This was in our eyes weird. If this is by law we completely understand, but otherwise it felt not right. For the rest no remarks, the hotel is great.

The room are super spacious and clean. Bathroom is super big and clean as well. The staff will come in to clean up the room and replace any amenities everyday so that was really nice. Hotel was super close to one of the subway stations.

The hotel is not in Seoul’s tourist area. It takes 40-50mins to tourist hotspots like Myeongdong and Hongdae by the train. The area was really sketchy too, I would be careful and cautious if you’re staying there.
