Staff was nice and did their best to make sure I had what I needed. Loved the heated floors and the big bathroom. The free amenities were also great! They provide a breakfast as well, but I didn't partake in that. The location was also right next to the train station!

There were spots that could have probably been cleaned more, especially considering the price (like marks on the wall that looked like dirt, accumulated dust, marks on sheets etc). Honestly though, I had just come from a terrible hostel so it felt like heaven to me. I think the people next to me used their room to have sex, they were really loud and annoying. I was also told that towels on the floor would be replaced, but no one ever came in to clean my room. I'm don't know if I was supposed to request that or not.

I like it that they provide a lot of essential things in the room. From lotion, pyjamas, toothbrush, to the complete toiletries in the toilet (except for toothpaste) but the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell reallyyy good. It also has ice cream that you can take for free in the pantry, alongside coffee maker, ice, hot water, popcorn. It feels very cozy overall. The toilet is big too and the bed's comfy. At night, the place was lively. You have a seafood restaurant and nice cafe just outside the hotel. An Indian restaurant with good food just beside the hotel, lots of convenience store around, a small arcade just around the corner, 24 hours coffee shop, a bungeoppang stall at night around the area. Near to the metro station!

Just the smell of smoking. I can't really smell it but my mom complains about it a lot. And the receptionist can't really speak english so I had to use papago translator to communicate with her. But overall, it was a splendid stay at Zip Hotel.

such a good vibe. lazy boy chairs in the room. super cute area even though it’s far from the center of Seoul. easy to access public transit (we ❤️ the 2) and great location for food! very little tourism so it felt very authentic.

the beds were rock hard. if the smell of cigarettes is ur absolute nightmare, the hallways will not be your favorite place.

ZIP Hotel has a convenient geographical location for moving to the commercial centers. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. It is the good customer service. I really like ZIP Hotel. If I come back to Seoul, I will definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable with every convenience.

Coffee machine in the Breakfast Room was always switched off and not working, and supplies in fridge e.g. bread, cheese milk and eggs always ran out and were not refilled. There was no kettle in the room.

It was last minute booking for us because of some changes in travel plans and for someone looking for a place out of convenience, this was really good. I loved how close it was to everything. We liked it. It was also clean in our room so no complains there.

Very interesting location: public transport (close to SNU station), many shops, restaurants, etc; furniture inside room: two desks, big bathroom; washing machine available against small charge. Coffee, popcorn, ice cream for free. The staff was also very obliging.

whenever we asked a refill, the staff was very happy nad willing to help and refill.
