We loved everything about this hotel! We had a premium double room on a high floor and the view was awesome - including the Namsan Park Tower. There is also a roof top garden which hardly anyone uses, so had that to ourselves for a couple of nights. The staff are so lovely and helpful with good English - and there's always google translate! There's a washing machine you can use in the basement, and a smoking garden on the ground floor. It is a little out of the way, but for a side of modern Korea without the tourists, it's perfect with plenty of cool little restaurants and cafes at non tourist prices. Pastel City is just across the main road and has great eateries and bakeries. It's central South location is well connected by metro (underground) with Sadang station literally on the corner and two main lines running through it. Pick up a T card from any local shop and pre load it - journeys are less than a pound each. Our room was cleaned exceptionally every day, and the cleaner took all rubbish and recycling. It was epic to wake up there every day and roll up the floor to ceiling blinds! Choose city view over balcony.

Nothing! I guess there was only a small clothes rail rather than a wardrobe, but we really did 't mind this.

We stayed in Premium Double room - it was very stylish with amazing view to the city. Location was good as the hotel is right next to the Sadang metro station as well as many buses go though the streets nearby. Staff allowed us to leave our luggages in the lobby for half a day until our flight.

The room was not very spacious, it was hard to manage two big luggages in the room. I don't know if it was only on our floor (13) but in the morning we woke up because there were cleaning ladies and staff talking outside very loudly. Basically you could hear anything what was going on outside our room. There was some weird things about the lighting - it was quite dark and you could turn on the lights for bathroom only near the bedroom.

It is close to the public transportation and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Staffs are very friendly. Bed was very clean.

This was 2nd time stay as I liked this place. I stayed 2 nights in this trip. It seemed to have a different room at a different floor this time. there were lots noises before 10 am outside room on Sunday. Loud chats and vacuum sound came from the hallway and next room. We couldn't continue to sleep. There was no sound barrier at all. I might need to ask the hotel for a quiet room next time.

Perfect location from Sadang Station, 5 minutes walk. The Staff is extremly friendly, helpful and respectful. Free wifi worked without any issue. Excellent room service. Breakfast is a mix of european and korean cousin, not plentiful but reasonable.

Toilet door is strangely opaque and you can see the room and the bed from there. The room lacks storage for clothes (wardrobe) but otherwise OK. We had issues with handling the door but the staff solved it.

The staff were very welcoming. We loved the bathtub in the room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was enough to fill us up every morning. They offered both American and Korean dishes for breakfast. On New Years Eve, they left sparkling wine in the room, which warmed our hearts.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of closet space in the room. There were only 4 hangars to hang clothing on a small rack.

Stayed here while attending a week-long meeting at Seoul National University. The hotel was great, and exceeded our expectations. Our room was big and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Some of the staff didn't speak much English but we were able to communicate well enough using translation apps, and they were great in trying to make sure we understood. We didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment on that. The area was lively, and there were plenty of restaurant options nearby - we were very happy with the location.

My only comment is that the bathroom didn't have hooks for the towels, and all the lights in the room were controlled by a single light switch near the door. Both small things that I appreciate are hard to change, so not a dealbreaker.

Check-in/-out without any problems. This procedure can be done with the staff or at one of the D-I-Y check-in/-out devices. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was okay and clean. Location of the hotel is a big benefit. Enough possibilities to eat outside of the hotel in a typical korean restaurant. A few streetfood sellers are just around the corner of the hotel around Sadang Station Exit No. 4. Ordering food by using delivery service is also possible (have to go down to the lobby to receive), staff can help for websites/apps etc. The hotel has a roof terrace where you can look out over parts of Seoul. Overall good value for money hotel!

Sometimes it is loud, mostly caused by the loud traffic on the streets next to the hotel which can disturb, especially while sleeping. During the day it is acceptable when staying in the hotel.

It is a clean well-maintained hotel, very close to Sadang station. The location is very convenient. The reception was helpful in figuring out the bus route to take.

The breakfast is minimal. As a vegetarian, all one gets to eat is cereal milk and bread. No tea as well during breakfast; only coffee is available.

The location is the hotel was amazing. It’s a 30 second walk to the subway station. There are plenty of fine dining restaurants at pastel city, lots of cafes, and many neighborhood restaurants. Housekeeping comes everyday and tidy’s up the room and will restock water x discard trash, toothbrush, new towels daily ( full size, not the Korean small towels) and toilet paper. Forgot to bring something? There are two Daiso’s nearby (7 min walk). It’s a must to check out. You can purchase plenty of essentials and other goodies.

The rooms need some cosmetic upkeep for sure, like paint, better lighting, deep cleaning the room in hard to reach areas (for dust). However, it’s nothing terribly bad where it’s nasty or extremely dirty. Granted, the hotel is not a 4-5 star hotel quality like the Conrad, Marriott, Intercontinental, etc. but it is still a very nice hotel with amazing staff, acceptable quality of cleanliness, great showers, great toilet (w/bidet), and the room is big considering it is in Sadang. For example, I would choose this hotel over an Airbnb in Sadang unless it is a new build apartment.

The staff is very welcoming and offers a lot of help. The room enjoys spectacular views over Seoul. The facilities inside the room are immaculate. The walk-in bathroom and bathtub is a very big bonus.

There is not much choice for breakfast. But otherwise, not much else to complain about.
