The apartment is less than a ten minute walk to a subway station. Restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Comfortable enough, if a bit cramped. Adequate storage space. Excellent wifi. Quiet at night. Heating/AC system fine -- be warned that you need to use the remote to turn it on before you can use the wall settings to raise/lower the temperature. Hosts respond promptly but often in Korean -- you'll need translation software. Fine for one person or a couple who don't mind day time noise from construction site across the street.

Right across the street from a large construction site -- the boom-boom-boom starts promptly at 8:00 a.m. six days a week. Kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum of dishes/utensils/pots and pans. Only one pod provided for the coffee machine and no stores we could find sell pods -- glad we brought our own filter cone and papers. (Electric kettle is first rate.) Signs/instructions/switches are all in Korean so unless you read Korean (we don't) it's often hit-or-miss to figure out how to get something to work.

Location was excellent, area was safe and great selection mom restaurants and convenience stores near by. The apartment was modern and private and despite the business around the double glazing and air con work a treat for a quiet and comfy sleep at night. Absolutely loved the beer and chicken place down the road… if you love K drama. This place is just like sitting in one, listening to groups of workers having their team dinners with lots of laughter, what a great atmosphere. Plus the beer just tastes amazing with chicken!

Nothing was wrong. I was worried about only having 3 coffee pods but once I messaged for more, they came within 10-20 mins and a lovely and very friendly chap delivered them to me. What’s not to like?

The size of the apartment was more than sufficient for two people. It was also very clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. It was also very conveniently allocated near two train stations - about 10 mins walk, and there were loads of delicious eating places, of all kinds of cuisines in the vicinity, and more affordable than the more popular tourist neighbourhoods.

The host was not very accommodating when we wanted to check in even an hour and a half earlier. Said that we had to pay extra. However, there was a luggage storage area in the basement, but it meant that we couldn't rest after our overnight flight till 4pm. There was also no extra plastic bags for trash.

Great apartment hotel near Namba Bus Station subway. Clean, spacious and well enough equipped for our nine night stay.

Not real negatives, but should be noted. Location was good for our purposes in being close to Arts Centre, but required bus or subway to visit main tourist areas. Cleaning does not automatically occur but can be arranged for a reasonable fee. We organised one for half way through our stay which worked for us. There are lots of food options nearby including a supermarket, but not as many accessible tourist friendly restaurants as in other areas.

1-There is kind of a toilet smell in the bathroom, ı believe it is from the pipes. 2-The noise from the next door construction. 3-Also from our windows gsm operators base stations were 2 metres away. 4-I couldn't understand if there is a reception or not. At the entrance, we saw a place like reception. But noone was there. 5-Thick naylon sheet on the bed beneath the cotton sheet felt terrible. We thought it was together with the matress. We couldn't sleep well first couple of nights. 6-Bathroom door should be a real closing door. 7- The most of all, checking time 16:00 o'clock is too late.

Clean, modern, and just comfortable enough for a seven night stay in Seoul. Close to Metro line, many local restaurants and a couple of mid sized supermarkets to access for food shopping. Generally quiet, although larger families/groups in adjoining rooms can be heard. However sound-proofing minimises the impacts of louder voices enough for it not to create a big issue.

Property managers need to re-think the level of basic amenities such as cleaning products, additional towels, cooking utensils/crockery, waste disposal bins, and functional clothes airer/dryer, for guests who stay more than a couple of days.

Place is Amaizing! Location and layout. Clean and anything that you need to actually feel at Home during your stay. Staff super helpfull also. At my first days I was a bit down because during winter time most Hotels do not have AC on and makes sense - But in my case I needed for " air flowing" than cool air. But Air humidity system was ok. Staff assisted me with a solution and I was very happy!.

I think is a small feed back - Bed can be better and more comfy. Please avoid place those plastic protectors - makes it worse to sleep. But Place is wonderfull.

Easy access, 2 elevators, restaurant in the building. Clean apartment and building. Great location, Nambu bus terminal / Seoul National University station with access to subway in all directions approx. 5 minutes away each. Washer in apartment.

The apartment looks WAY bigger in the photos. For 2 occupants there were - LITERALLY - 2 small plates, 4 bowls, 2 small coffee cups, 2 tumblers and 2 wine glasses, 2 each forks/knife/spoon/chopsticks. Except for the Nespresso capsule coffee maker, a water kettle and a few pots and pans that's it for the kitchen equipment!! We were stunned. Empty kitchen cabinets galore. And oh, yes, 2 chairs. I guess they want to make sure there are no extra guests. Noise insulation/room darkening options very mediocre. Oh yes, and the sliding door to the bathroom is made of (VERY slightly milky) glass. You can see everything.

Everything overall.

1. I suggest to use English Language to communicate with foreign customers like me and stick to the language to avoid misunderstanding and unclear communication. 2. As we stay for 7 days, but the property provides only 2 rolls of toilet paper and the wrong size of trash can plastic, so we need to spend time finding where to buy them. Therefore next time please kindly check on the these items, it will be nice. 3. It'll be clearer if you mention that Building A, where our room is and B, where the luggage can be stored in the basement at B3 is connected to each another.

I liked the size and cleanness of the place. and I liked that they provided umbrellas for free of charge at storage room.

I did not like that they were not flexible with check-in time and odor from drain in the bathroom. Also These are the things that I did not like: yellow stain inside the toilet, electric kettle (water spills while pouring and handle are way too hot to hold), noisy mattress ( it seems like there is a plastic cover under it) , neighbor's construction.
