The service was exceptional. We have a young family and they upgraded our room and offered free breakfast. But not only that gave our son a stuffed bear which he loved. Exceptional I can honestly say it was the best I have experienced ever in my travels. Location is great, breakfast amazing. Everything!

You can't really alter the temperature inside the rooms. This is a korean wide problem so if you're sensitive to warm rooms I would caution you to really research the rooms before booking. Luckily it was a cool night for may so it wasn't too bad but the temperature was stuck on heat which is unfortunate. I've had long stays in other hotels in korea with the same problem. Not sure that this is something the hotel can control honestly.

Very Clean! Free wifi although spotty. Ventilation air con etc was good, no dust and water was clean and Shampoo& body wash were all povided. No Razors provided, only toothbrush set, shower cap.

Loved everything but location is a little inconvenient and no proper lobby. Staff was helpful and and tried to book taxi whenever required but it was unfortunate that it was raining. Around 10 mins walk to gangnam station.

- Great business hotel - convenient location in the Gangnam area - nice views from the hotel rooms - beautiful small cafe nextdoor - great restaurants right in front of the hotel that allow spontaneous dinners

- on booking.com the hotel offers "free upgrades" for Genius users, but actually, all the rooms have the same size and therefore, there is no such thing as an upgrade - the hotel has 4 stars but has no spa whatsoever

The location is great, nearby Gangnam and Yangjae stations, which you can walk to in around 10 minutes. Also, the bus station is nearby, and we can travel by bus no. 6009 from Incheon International Airport to the hotel by stopping at Yeoksam Station. . By the way, I recommend Hotel Peyto instead in case you travel by airport bus because the bus stop (Bang Bang Station) is right in front of the hotel and the hotel located nearby Yangjae station which you can walk only around 3mins. . Oh! They have a steam iron machine in the closet! No need to worry about wrinkled shirts!!

The wall is very thin. The first night I stayed, I was shocked when I heard a sound like someone trying to open the door of my room. But I found out that they were staying next to my room. We could hear all the conversations someone had in the hallway or their room. . The price are so hight and not worth it. I understand the hight season, but it still so expensive comparing with all comfortable we received.

Breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean. Overall great stay

Comfy bed, lighting, light switches next to the bed, desk, great internet, fitness centre, food for breakfast was nice and different from usual western breakfast options

Robe and slippers were too small for me (I am tall and have very big feet) Room smelled dusty when I first came in The outlets didnt hold plugs very securely

Room smelled of cigarettes and alcohol upon first entrance. There are stains on the curtains, lamp, and sofa. Inside of toilet looks a bit dirty. An okay breakfast experience...did not enjoy having to be bothered about whether I am allowed into the breakfast room while grabbing food as it had already been confirmed. Hot water maintenance forcing me to move to another hotel.

The access and neighborhood are fine. Easy to be reached from the subway station, close to the main road, yet as not facing there, it is not too noisy. Plenty of places to eat out, and a small convenience store and liquor shop are next to the hotel. A lovely, modern furnished hotel chain, about which I will definitely consider for another places in Korea.

Breakfast has a variety of Korean and European foods in buffet style, tastes good, yet cleared rather in rush, once you try to get some more food.

Exceptionally clean rooms, refreshed everyday. The breakfast was marvelous, both in variety and quality. On a very safe and busy road with excellent access to transportation means. Soundproof rooms, with no noises from outside or other rooms. Amazing view of the city from the upper floors.

Although the restaurant is open in the evening, no room service is allowed.

Not as close to Gangnam station as I expected. Actually in suburb of Seocho, but excellent access to public transport including airport bus. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Friendly staff but was not able to help me tickets to a musical for me.
