I had a doctor's appointment at kangnam severance hospital so the hotel was perfect location, 5 minute walk to the hospital.

The room was small, smelly, and kind of worn down. The bed was comfortable, so at least we got good sleep.

Very clean. Nice staff. Room comes with towels, moisturizer creams, shampoo, shower gel. Even chargers for usb-c and lightning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location might feel quite far away for the city center. YOu do have nearby buses that will take you there easily and even a bus that will take you to the airport. If what you want is to be close to Gangnam, then location is ok.

The A/C didn’t work and staff immediately gave us another room. I loved the speed of it! The Lotte mall was 20 minutes away by taxi but for the price to just sleep was worth it! They have a small parking area but let you park next to the store if it fills up and they move the car back once there’s space.

The facilities such as the bath area was not clean. It looked a bit run down as well.

Not to far from Gangnam Station (2in walk). Reasonable price for Seoul (~AUD100/night) Great staff (Kim) at the reception who speak decent English and helped me with a few queries unrelated to the hotel (e.g. car booking).

No window in the room (lights needs to be on even during daytime) A/C unit quite noisy

Some things should be fixed including toilet cover and windows, maybe not for all units, though.
