Beautiful hotel, connected to Shinsegae directly. Definitely felt welcomed since I stepped out from the cab. One of the most Comfortable hotel bed I have slept on..

Only got my room at 4pm. Albeit a little disappointed butunderstandable as it’s peak season.

The hotel is ideally located right at the express bus terminal, surrounded by a variety of restaurants. Additionally, it is conveniently connected to the Shinsegae Department Store, offering even more dining & shopping options. The location truly stands out for its excellent food choices and for good transportation connections. Furthermore, the gym is among the best I have ever experienced.

If you take a taxi, you'll arrive directly at the hotel's main entrance. However, using other transportation options will require navigating through the large department store. Access to the pool is limited due to cleaning and staff break times, and it's primarily reserved for members, not hotel guests.

Located above Express Bus terminal station, it's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping, and it's also in a great area for a stroll along the Han River, making the location perfect. Breakfast options are varied downstairs at the department store and the terminal, so we didn't choose 80,000 won breakfast at the hotel. The service at the lobby, concierge, and bell desk within the hotel was good. I brought my elderly mother, and they accommodated our request for a late checkout as much as possible. Pool is great with sauna access, but we didn't use the spa since it costs 40,000 won. Oh, but their bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

Regarding the room, the laminate flooring felt a bit cheap, and the carpet patterns seemed somewhat outdated, but the spacious bathroom was pleasant. Even if you pay extra for a river view room, the view is blocked by many high-rise buildings in front of the river, and it made us sad a bit. The service was great overall, BUT when entering and exiting with a wheelchair or needing a taxi, the staff at the hotel entrance did not move until asked, which was surprising and different from the usual service we are accustomed to. Normally, they should come up and ask what is needed, but this might be a cultural difference.

We like our room! The bed was cloud like soft, clean, and a very nice feeling. The staff were amazing from check-in to restaurants. Our room had lounge access and the lounge was a great space for a quick bite or drink. Both afternoon and breakfast were great! I didn't get to the pool but I did use the gym at night and it was the biggest hotel gym I've been to. It had every equipment you may need during your stay. The hotel is located next to Shinsegae and a bus terminal. There is a lot of food options and a food market downstairs. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is outskirt of Gangnam, traffic was really bad. But that is the only complaint I have.

The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful, with spacious rooms. There is a large Starbucks next to it, along with a supermarket and several cafés. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food at the restaurant is diverse and delicious. They pay attention to the smallest details to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything, it's an epitome of home away from home. Exceptional Korean hospitality at its best

Less option for vegetarian, Indian and western cuisine. Those not familiar with Korean cuisine and not food adventurous can suffer with hunger. But all in all the quality of food is superb

Excellent service from front desk to concierge to Porter (esp Jin)…all with a smile! Breakfast was superb with abundant choices. Dim sum at the lounge was excellent. Bed was comfy. I like that it’s bathroom has both bathtub & shower unit. Super location with plentiful shopping.

Room air cond hard to control. JWMarriot is connected to Shinsegae dept store & subway & when Shinsegae closed at night it was hard to find our way back to hotel.

Surprisingly spacious for a standard twin room and a bathroom with a bath tub and shower. Comfy beds too. Fab breakfast - such a shame we couldn't eat much as it was 6.30am before leaving for the airport. On the whole, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay.

taxi reservation. for a non korean it is difficult to interact with a taxi driver. any support in explaining directions to the driver by the concierge people would have saved me a lot of aggravation with arriving late to a business appointment and waste of time and money
