The property has extremely comfortable beds, bed linens and pillows. I also liked the step-in shower and bidet in the bathroom. The room is relatively spartan, but has an electronic safe, small refrigerator, a desk/dressing table and a full-length mirror. Location ideal to walk to public transportation, food markets, shops and my family's home. Housekeeping was very attentive and provided bottled water and towel service daily.

Handpicked Hotel is currently renovating their rooms. The rooms on my floor had not yet been renovated. The only seating in my room was an upholstered footstool, partially broken. All of the hotel rooms need a sturdy chair with a BACK and ARMS to comfortably sit at the desk/dressing table. It would also help to have an additional chair in the room to be able to sit and read. There are no closets--just a rod near the doorway with hangers. Since I was in the hotel for two weeks, it would have been helpful to have more shelves and places to put my belongings. Also, the thermostat was somewhat dysfunctional. During the night the room would get very warm, and it was difficult to adjust. This may have been due to the ongoing electrical renovations on the floor above.

I enjoyed my stay there. I worker helped me with my luggage as soon as I got on the premises. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even as a foreigner there was no communication barrier. I tried the Spanish latte which was good and next time I stay I want to try the restaurant on the premises as well.

There was nothing I did not like. Staff were friendly, the room was tidy and clean and a perfect size for a solo traveler. There hotel had many food, drink and other items to purchase. Overall it was a nice stay that I am going to recommend for other travelers.

1. Airport shuttle bus cost 15000 per person, the station 6019 is right infront of the hotel. Very convenient. 2. Nearby have two subway station, walking distance about 8 minutes from hotel. 3. Have lots of CU marts and some other supermarkets around. 4. Taxi from hotel to myeong dong about 28 minutes but price is expensive about 50000 won. Not recommended with taxi. Subway is much better and cheaper.

the hotel has a uniques and very stylish design - it was a pleasure to get back there after a busy day. Nice music in the reception. Good food. Friendly staff.

Majority of the hotel personnel on the reception knows English on a very basic level. Also I could not use hotel cafeteria after 10 pm, though I needed just a chair and a table to work, no service was needed. Also kids room was inaccessible, though receptionists could simply open it for us, but refused to do so. I would suggest you to democratize the rules for guests to feel more “as at home”.

The place is great. It is just a bit too far from the city. I didn't realize how big Seoul was until I got there. The metro station only accepts cash to pay for the ticket but you can get a travel card from 7 eleven and top it up in there too so like that you can pay by card. The reception is in the basement and they also have a coffee shop there and the restaurant is on the 9th floor. The soaps are soap bar, shampoo bar and conditioner bar which is kind of weird but for the people who want to save the planet from plastic will 100% adore this. You can buy from their shop extra things you need but they do change the towels daily.

Probably my favourite hotel I've stayed in. This was my third stay and certainly not my last.

I will probably book a deluxe room again next time as the size of the room was not suitable for me. Although the hotel is still modern, the amenities would be worth renovating.

Very cool hotel. It was a last minute for us to stay warm during some very cold days in Seoul and this gem did just that. Heated seats on toilet and heat in the room. Perfect. The breakfast was a plus and sth new we never would try to order ourselves. Great experience.

Area is not close to any tourist area but Uber and metro are around. So no issue.

I've stayed here before and it is a very comfortable place. My room was great and the bed was comfortable.

I thought at a minimum a toothbrush set would have been nice, but you had to buy an entire kit downstairs.

Maintenance requires attention. Windows definitely need cleaning, cannot look out the window. Also walls need painting at minimum!
