The hotel is a beautiful old building that has a pool, rooftop restaurants with a lovely view. There are many interior rooms without windows, but they are cool and comfortable. There were minor issues with our air conditioner and the staff responded immediately. The location on the central square is very convenient.

The description of our Junior Suite was not completely accurate on booking.com. It said there was a sitting area, so in a suite we expected some kind of partially separate room but it was just a desk and a chair. The description said there was carpeting and their wasn't but I really don't expect carpets in any hotel in this climate. The room was very pleasant - clean, cool, comfortable king bed.

I like how easy it was to check in and out. I like the fact that staff is readily available to answer any questions. I also like that we were so close to shops and restaurants.

I did not like the restaurant downstairs. Food was not good and service took 90 minutes for a simple breakfast. I also do not like that we need our key card for electricity. I left charging packs charging while I did some shoping and they were not charged when I returned.

I choose to stay here for the location. Can't do any better for the Virgin of Guadalupe when the Cathedral/Basílica is only 20 steps away! LOVED the room with the balcony onto the square!

There's a different vibe now that it's Hotel Concierge and no longer Hotel Ceballos. No more included breakfast and you have to ask for help rather than it being offered. This was not what I experienced during my two previous stays when it was under different ownership. Also, I was taken aback by the notice that any tips had to go through the front office. Along that same line, during my 3 week stay in México, the only times my Visa credit and debit cards wouldn't work was at this hotel. I called the bank...there was not a decline on their part. Hmmmm.

I love the location. The friendly staff , Mitzi , Andrea , Paty and Ana Maria were very attentive!!

Nice hotel - older & historic. Great central location. Rooms spacious - nice shower. Staff helpul & friendly - delivered extra water at no charge - nice! Very good secure parking with supervisor - very friendly as well - convenient! Highly recommended hotel. Balcony was nice. AC comforting. Reasonable price. Thank You - we'll be back. We absolutely loved the Colima central plaza.

Extremely noisy, some sort of very loud rally going on for a couple of days, started at 6:30 am. Late night street noise.

The location was great. In the city center, walking distance to restaurants, bars, historic places.

The floor was dirty in the room. I walked barefoot briefly, I could feel the dirt. When I looked at my feet they were black with dirt only from a few steps. I had to use sandals for the remainder of the stay. Every time they came to clean the room, the floor was not moped. They forgot to add more toilet paper when needed.

Great location. Good value. Unique property.

On a saturday morning at 7:30 am the staff were very loud with voices and crashing of dishes or carts or something ... and then at 8:00 am the loud music began inside the hotel hallways. Not exactly a relaxing way to begin a saturday morning!

Nice and clean
