Loved the feel of the hotel. Very cute and cosy and just what we wanted for one night. The staff were lovely. We were on the top floor which we loved - but you do have to walk up stairs (fine for us but just letting you know! ) We had a balcony in front of our room which was so nice. The location was great for us because we were going to the airport the next day but I wouldn’t stay here if I wanted to explore Bangkok, as it’s on the out skirts

We kept getting woken up early morning by people talking loud outside our room. They kept coming up and down the stairs and using the shared bathroom which was on our floor. The room wasn’t very sound proof but would be fine if there wasn’t people talking sooo loud!! Not the owners fault though

I was very pleasantly surprised with this place! The staff graciously changed my room proactively once they saw I (a single traveler) somehow booked a room with 3 beds. The place was immaculately clean, provided useful amenities like bodywash, shampoo, dental kit, cotton swabs, coffee with cream/sugar, a comb...The drapes were nice and thick to keep out light as much as possible, the bed was quite comfy for a bed in Thailand too! Soft towels, rainfall shower head, smooth check in/out process. Very impressed and it's a cool little neighborhood too, lots of nearby cafes, shops, restaurants, convenience stores you can walk to.

The only improvement I can think of is 24/7 check in. I had a delay out of my control and was 5 minutes from not being able to check in at all, nerve-wracking!

Location is good, few minutes ride from don-muang airport. Nearby there are many street-food cafes and shops. I used mostly taxi but I’ve seen few bus stations close enough. The staff is very polite and ready to help, thanks to them my vacation was even better! Also there’s laundry service for extra fee and it makes this hotel great for long stay

At first few days small ants got into room, housemaid had to use anti-insect spray few times

Very friendly staff and clean room. Excellent communication and thankfully the owner sent us their location which the Thai taxi followed!

Our room was as described only found it scary walking up all the stairs with a bad knee and heavy rucksack! We had a bit of a nightmare getting a metered taxi and wish we had waited for a Grab from the bus station

Definitely the best stay in Thailand so far! Excellent value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and the smart TV, a/c, and free coffee/biscuits were a plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I truly felt at home and like I had everything I needed.

The location was extremely convenient being next to DMK Airport and also very quiet (didn't hear any planes). The bed was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower. The staff were lovely and extremely diligent, I became sick when I came to pick up my bags and they took care of me having already checked out (this was at night).

The bathroom was outside the room, and room was at the level 4 no lift ,so we can’t take our languages and our son was hard to go up for the stairs.

Restaurant is very good. Beds are better than most hotels in Thailand. Windows have mosquito screens no need for airco. Good restaurant around the corner.Baan lek

The value was good, it was clean and the staff was very helpful. Near one of the airports. A pretty good value.

The main bed in the room was basically broken but I slept in one of the single beds.
