everything. especially the hotel staff (all the receptionists those in blue, red and gold uniforms), they were really nice, treated me so well, made me feel safe, tried so hard to communicate with me (language barrier) but they speak english quite fluent enough for me to understand, cared for their customers greatly, never faced any disturbance at all, my room was so clean i found nothing that could displease me but perfection. housekeepers cleaned my room quickly and did their job very well without making me feel uncomfortable. the location as well very strategic, the skywalk was the best thing could ever exist. ordered grab food also very quick as all the shops and restaurants are nearby. breakfast served was scrumptious, very quick on refilling food/drinks that was almost finished.

just small things that are quite irrelevant but no gym or pool, thats it :(

Impeccable service from the front desk receptionist during check in by Miss Noon. She assisted us and make sure we are comfortable. Best thing about the room facilities is definitely the bidet! Another highlight is the helpful room housekeeping.

The location are far from the famous shopping area and halal food is not within walking distance. And its also really hard to book taxi/bolt/grab as its outside of the tourist area. But the concierge at the front will assist. Room wise, the size of the room is very small. For Muslims to have enough space to pray they will need to push the bed together.

The location of Ibis Impact is convenient for everyone who attends events, concerts or wants to stay in the area. The breakfast is buffet which offers a really big selection of food and the restaurant is big with lots of seating. I found that the downstairs restaurant was really good and all staff were so friendly and kind and supportive. The walkway to the halls is a great way to walk to any halls and ample car parking for guests.

I have no feedback on anything that i didn’t like. Since it was my first time at the hotel, i had certain expectations but everything the hotel offered was exceeding all my expectations.

This was my first time staying at ibis Impact Bangkok for two nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Especially during check in, the lady in charge of my check in process was superb and efficient. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending events at IMPACT, as it is just a short distance away. The overall service and amenities were excellent. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The staff from the café, breakfast team, the chef who cooked the omelette, housekeeping staff and the doorman were all very nice and friendly. Not to mention the staff who helped me make a cup of coffee during breakfast, he was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again for my next event.

You need to request for toothbrush/ toothpaste

There is the skywalk connecting to the hotel which you can use to walk all the way to Impact Arena for a concert. There are automatic walkways along the skywalk, very convenient. The room is up to ibis standard. Breakfast has lots of variety in Thai style which my mom likes it. The seafood congee is good.

The kitchenware is available upon request with an extra fee but that is not what I don't like. They are the single-use type of kitchenware which would only create more waste. I wouldn't mind paying extra when asking for one and getting the proper kitchenware which are ceramics or other materials but not disposable ones.

The hotel is within walking distance to IMPACT Arena, very convenient for people coming to attend concerts or events in this complex. The hotel even has a direct connection with the Cosmo Walk in the 2nd floor, which allow passengers to walk safely and freely above the roads. The room is small but it is perfectly designed. Friendly and helpful staff. The food at Green and Groove Cafe was fresh and delicious. We had a great stay here.

Very close to Impact arena via skywalk (accessible from inside the hotel) which was great as we were attending concert. Cafe was also cosy, serve good Thai food (non halal). Staff were helpful despite communication barrier

The whole hotel is so dim (yellow lights) including the room, lots of mosquitoes. Room and bathroom slightly smaller than expected. No nearby amenities, but understandable cause ppl mostly stay here for concert/exhibition

Stayed here for a concert at Thunder Dome and they have a covered walkway directly from the hotel to the concert venue! The walkway also gives access to the nearby mall, and the foodcourt at the mall has some delicious local food at a cheaper price than in the center of Bangkok. Hotel room itself was comfortable and clean.

Room was on the smaller side than I would have expected for the price but I understand I’m paying a bit more for the proximity to the concert venue. It is also very far from center of Bangkok so not a lot of public transport options, must take taxi/Grab and get on the toll road.

Loved how convenient the hotel was located from IMPACT Arena! Especially after a bustling night from a concert, it was such a relief to not have to worry about getting transport when you could just walk to your room after.

The signs on the SKY Bridge towards the venue was not indicated clearly and we missed it a couple of times, which made us turn back and waste about 15 minutes. It isn't the hotel's fault though, I'd like to add that.

It’s extremely convenient and within walking distance to the impact arena hall. The hotel was aware of the concert that is happening at the impact arena and they did a little decor at the reception area. There is a mall nearby and outlet mall as well. There are many grab food options too.

The toilet can be a little too tiny but it’s fine for petite sized.
