The hotel is located very close to the Don Muang Airport, which makes it convenient if you have an early flight departing or late flight arriving there. The hotel offers a convenient and inexpensive (I payed 40 baht for a 1-way ride) shuttle to the airport several times a day and night. The rooms are spacious and have A/C, a large refrigerator and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and toiletries and towels were provided. The neighbourhood is nice for a stroll while waiting for the check in time or the flight, with a beautiful temple located a few minutes on foot and a few street food vendors nearby as well.

The room showed a few signs of ageing and some of the towels were a bit old and teared, but clearly washed and clean. The refrigerator and the A/C make some humming and buzzing sounds that might bother you if you have a light sleep, but for me they were OK. None of these aspects compromised the stay, and I would book the place again for the convenience of the location.

I can Say is most of the time .If i go back Norrh of Thailand 30 Day .And about the time to go Singapore report my work . I sure will from chiangrai Fly to BKK your hotel 1 night . But this time abit sad coz the washroom is dirty and the Bed sheet No change look like last min just give a room like that . Most of the time i stay there no problem only this time . I believe you all can do it more better not just for me and other come to stay your hotel people. Dont care is 1 night all few day . I belueve you all will keep it up up your hote name. I found the room to be spacious and clean, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and effective air conditioning. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, being close to the airport.

My stay was pleasant overall, but the bed linen could have been better. I noticed some old yellow stains and a musty smell. Freshly laundered sheets would have made a big difference. It would greatly improve the experience if more attention was paid to the linen's cleanliness. Breakfast was a bit light. It wasn't quite enough to get us through to a typical lunch time. Some of us were feeling hungry rather early. We ended up grabbing a second breakfast/early lunch to tide us over.

Close to airport, around 20 minute walk, or a short shuttle arranged by the hotel. Rooms good with fridge, tv, and balcony.

Between the knowledge of the entire staff no section of Bangkok was impossible to locate which was a real plus considering my lack of mastering the Thai language when speaking to some of the Taxi Cabbies.... The Wifi was equally proper and again, of great comfort to a traveler all 24 hours a day. Not to mention, all the ammenities being obviously clean and in a starch white room only added to the reassurance I was in an exceptionally clean room no matter whom I wondered might have occupied the room prior.... and in a now global society, such could have been (YUCK) anybody of questionable hygenine. !!! Kudos !!! to.the entire staff for their day in day out effort and service. EXCEPTIONAL

Only issue, by the wildest stretch of the imagination was no hot water in the sink for shaving as well as no sink stopper to fill the basin. Other then that, such still doesn't stop me from the Don Muang being my one and only stop when I come to Bangkok.

The hotel is very close to Don Muang Airport. I even walked from the airport to the hotel, it took me about 20 minutes to reach. However, I don’t recommend doing this if you're carrying big luggage. The staff are really nice, just like most Thais. Very helpful too. Check-in was smooth, and the room was quite big for me since I traveled alone. My room faced a housing area across the road, and I was totally fine with the mild noise. For the price I paid, I’m satisfied - no drama. There’s no elevator, only stairs. Lotus Supermarket and 7-Eleven are within walking distance. For Muslim travelers, there’s a halal café beside the hotel, so no worries. They also provide hotel transfers to the airport as early as 3 AM, for around 40 baht if I remember correctly.

Don't expect much for the price they charge - it's considered cheap, and all the facilities provided are sufficient. I have nothing negative to say about them, just much love xxx

The staff was the BEST! They saved the day by arranging a taxi to drive me and arrange for me to have a boat tour on the canal to take a sunset cruise see all the major sites/temples after I had pre-paid for a tour with a major operator to the tune of $154.00 and was ripped off after they promised to call the tour guide, to come later, if my plane was delayed (which it was) and did not do so. DO NOT PRE-PAY FOR TOURS! I stayed twice there since it was close to DMK to take a flight to Chumphon and back. The staff, accommodations, location and price were all great. Highly recommend!

The location was nice, it was in a residential area away from the main road so quiet. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and helped book us a taxi to the don mueng airport

The best thing about the hotel was the staff, who went out of their way to help me with arranging a boat tour and taxi’s. I had prepaid a tour with Viator, but they failed to notify the YTS Holiday tour operator, as promised, when my planes were delayed on Turkish airlines, thus I lost out on my pre-paid tour. The hotel staff saved the day by helping me safely see some of Bangkok with taxi and a boat tour. They then arranged a taxi to get me to DMK, on time, the next morning, to meet my son for a flight to Chumphon. They also told me how much it would be to pay the taxi’s and helped when my phone got lost. They should all get a raise for doing such a nice job in every way!

No complaints. Good value for hotel, service and location near DMK airport.
