Smooth check in and 24 hours desk is a big plus. Free parking its good too. Shower room was exceeding my expectations, superb lux. Location is depends on where you want to go. It was perfect for me.

No drinking water dispenser even cheaper hostels usually provide this service. Working permit still need to pay tourist tax even non tourist visa (Im living in malaysia for 10 years and paying tax yearly). However some hotels do not ask about tourist tax. Not a big problem but I did not find any minimart in walking distance, however there is eco shop about 1.5km away and lotus, but not 24 hours open. It was quite expensive price on that day. Probably if not school holidays and week day such hotel will cost half price.

The room was extra nice, looks very fancy. Tv is working well as well as the AC. Im not one to find any room cozy and confident in its cleanliness but I had no problem with this room.

There are few things I didnt like. First the shower, the hot water is not working its cold all the time. Secondly, there is no mirror IN THE ROOM, theres only 1 mirror in the toilet so it's kinda annoying to go back and forth. Thirdly, I dont know why the staffs arent so friendly they could at least smile, Im giving them business, but I feel like I'm getting judged for no reason 😒 You're giving a bad vibe to the guests.

This is Oyo but this hotel is good! Other's OyO so sad excluded this one! The bed was very comfy. Lena bebeno :D we got very restful night. The bathroom was clean and big space with cool warm water. Water pressure also good.

Tv was not functioning well. But its ok because we did not need tv as we need to get rest at peace.

One of your foreigner staff not friendly as a reception.Please assist guest more polite. The answer is not good when i ask why i cannot get the room rate . I ave to pay more.I booking thru booking.com.When i arrived your reception said i have to pay more.He said if i dont agreed i have to call booking.com by myself.As a front desk he should have to help me settle the problem.Your front desk staff is not friendly.

Easy to find restaurant and near to store in town.

I notice that in the room, there was a cctv. My family is not comfortable with that. I hope that the property could manage this situation.

Clean & fresh smelling bed! The bed can sleep 2 adult & 1 child comfortably... Walking distance to convinient store & mamak restaurant. Also huge middle east restaurant.. Comfortable large room with qiblah direction. Ample space to perform solat. Quiet & serene place with lovely greenery view.

The bathroom should be cleaned regularly.. need some brushing & scrubbing with sodium hypocholorite to avoid mould.

Best stay. Last minute booking as my previous booking that day was canceled. Staff was friendly. All good rooms are just nice and affordable.

Need to bring access card everytime wanna go out. Its hard for the family members stay in the room.

We stayed in the same room since the first time we booked this place. I had nothing but glowing review for this hotel, in fact, I still do. The environment is great, it's easy to get food, it's peaceful and quiet and the room was comfortable and clean enough compared to other hotels with the same price range but...

... Like I said we've stayed in the same room for the past 3 times, probably not the hotel's fault but the walls did looked a bit dirty (there were stains), the toilet door had been scribbled on and the bedstand lightbulb was not functioning. But other than that, everything else is great!
