We liked the swimming pool which was open from 10h till 22h. The sauna was also nice, which was open from 15h till 22h. Location is 2km from the city centre. The bar is always open, because after 22h there is a switch between reception and security and they are also helpful to get you a drink.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not filled with water. Sometimes issues with WiFi. It was connected but without Internet 50% of the time. Seems that it was depending on the location in the hotel. In the lobby it always worked. There is a football table but without ball.

Good location and very quiet. Very clean room, comfortable beds and a very spacious family room. Overall, we have had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

The bathroom needs a little bit of updating but is still functional and very clean. I wish the gentleman at the reception on the night we checked in was a little bit more friendly, but I guess we all can have a bad day.

Outstanding nice receptionist (from Ukraine), very well english speaking!! Also the other ones were helpful. Parking behind the hotel was perfect. Room was big and had enough plugs for charging mobiles, WiFi was working well. Breakfast in typical polish way, large variety of delicious foods! Also restaurant service and foods for dinner were exceptional. Everything perfect!

Great location and the facilities where great. Breakfast buffet is also excellent .

Bathroom was not clean and shower drained slowly. We had to buy our own detergent and clean and also air freshener to get rid of the smell as they where unable to provide. In between the days we stayed there, they never cleaned the room even after informing them.

Very spacious room, super quiet (despite windows facing one of the major roads), fabulous location (a walking distance from the city square and from other major attractions).

Refrigator could have used some attention - very sticky from the dirt, and relatively expensive parking place.

The room was specious, clean. The breakfast was extra charge (42zl per person was good), the staff was very friendly. The pool was perfect, the kids loved it. The play area in the restaurant is a huge plus!!! Parking.

The shower head was not powerful, and one od the beds mattresses was weird. The food in the evening was average.

Very standard buffet breakfast with a good range of options. The room was clean and cosy. The place has a nice cosy vibe overall. Worked perfect as a quick overnight stay for us

There was a bit of a stench in the bathroom

A very good location with a quick bus journey from Opole Main Railway Station (bus no. 15, for instance). There is a Lidl opposite the hotel and Auchan a 15 min. walk away. Many cycle routes encircle the hotel as well. The hotel is very very nice and has a swimming-pool, a restaurant (with a children's play area and a piano) and a bar. Lemonade and local attraction cards available next to reception. The rich breakfast consisted of: different types of bread, pancakes, a selection of vegetables, salads, eggs, sausage, ham and cheese.

I liked everything very much. The staff is great. The people are great. The room is excellent. The beds are comfortable. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Supermarkets nearby

It's a long walk to the center. But it's not such a problem

Very nice hotel about 15 minutes by bus from the main railway station. Decent size rooms, comfortable beds. Swimming pool and sauna available to relax, I had a great time there. Delicious breakfast buffet, hot and cold dishes and so many options to choose from.
