The hotel is right next to the beach and a nice restaurant ,so those things being within walking distance was nice.

The toilet didn’t work too well, it didn’t flush right upon arrival.

The hotel had a good position.

It's really close to beach..it's laid back...I really really enjoyed the stay..always had clean towels and the staff was really nice and friendly...mrs.stepanie was so sweet to my little girl and me....and the coffee and free bfast was so great..would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Only thing was they didn't change my sheets or sweep my floors...and the last night was very pricey when I had been there 3 nights already

We had the biggest room available basically was a little apartment which was perfect for us with two kids. The little coffee/ice cream spot on the property was great but expensive. We walked to the beach daily and even a few nights and didn't have to drive much as it's very close to everything.

Booking says breakfast included but there is no breakfast just a coffee setup. Staff at front desk is hit or miss our key cards wouldn't work and we had to go get replacements literally every other time we left and would have to wait on staff to come back to the desk which was very frustrating. We brought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned our own room daily but had to go hunt down staff for new towels etc. The pool is very small and always wayyyy to many ppl in it so we avoided it the whole trip.

IT could use a really good cleaning. and better instructions when checking in like where the ice machine was at. Location was good right across the street from the beach, easy quick access there, places to eat were within a mile so that was good.

Could have been cleaner other than that it was fine.

Front staff was welcoming and friendly . I loved the black out curtains . The beds were so comfortable . It was close to a good restaurant Desotas

We didn’t have and linen for pull out couch . I went to get some and only has sheets no blanket

I loved the price I paid for what I got: We got 3 beds in a room that was nice and spacious and clean. The building is dated, but it was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I liked that the parking lot was monitored. We asked for extra towels and wash cloths and were happily given the extras. We arrived early and were allowed to check in. The beach was right across the street. The place smelled like it was constantly being cleaned and there were staff members walking around cleaning sidewalks, etc.

A pedestrian crossway to safely cross the road to the beach would be helpful.

Check in and out were super smooth. We requested a room on the 3rd floor when we made the reservation and that request was met. Parking lot had quite a bit of space. The beds were clean and comfy, the room was a great size for 4 people. The larger than average refrigerator with big freezer was a very nice addition. The room was equipped with 2 double beds as well as a oversized chair that turned into a twin size bed. The housekeepers were amazing! Several times they made the beds for us and would sit my children's stuffies up on the bed to greet them when we would get back to the room at night. Everything was super clean. I found no bugs, no hair from others, no sand etc. A plus was there was actually 4 bath towels, one for each person, unlike many other hotels that seem to only leave 2 .

Our room was missing the computer chair and ice bucket.

The woman that checked us in was very nice and we both attended the same university in another state which I thought was really cool. She let me and my daughter check in early and made my first real trip out of town with my child, extremely enjoyable. The pool was perfect, clean, well stocked with towels, and quiet. It was peaceful. It was a very peaceful place to stay. No noisy residents or anything. Elevator was fast and rarely ever tied up with others. They have a restaurant underneath. I loved the view and the atmosphere.

That I could not stay longer (lol)
