Room was very clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was good. Breakfast bar had eggs, sausage, toast, waffles (2 flavors) pastries, fruit, juice, coffee and a few other things. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only negative thing I would say is parking is limited at the side of the hotel, but had extra parking in back across street in a gravel area

The breakfast was delicious. The entire facility was very clean and had a very fresh, clean smell. All of the employees were cheerful, polite, and very nice.

The description of the property's distance from the beach is misleading in that it made it sound like you could get to the beach just across the street when in fact you had to walk a bit of a distance to get to the beach.

The suite was terrific and the layout was ideal for us. The bed may have been the best and most comfortable I have ever slept on! In fact, I wrote down the name of the mattress manufacturer and the particular model with the intent of finding one locally to purchase for my home! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. For the most part it was a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

At breakfast all three mornings of our stay, my eggs and/or omelet was cold. The location was good, but the ad for the property led us to believe the property was actually on the beach, but it was not. The property is located across the street from the beach with no direct access to the beach. We were under the impression we would have a balcony with our suite overlooking the beach and water, but we did not.

The breakfast was really delicious I do wish they had a bigger variety of food for breakfast but it was overall good. The location was in a very great spot of town. It was a great area to walk around and sight-see if you're visiting and you'll get a good walk in for sure! The shower was amazingly hot. The balcony was also a great vibe and view. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the fact that the room consisted a microwave and fridge. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and we will return.

There wasn't anything that I could say I didn't like. I got my money and time's worth. I'll be back!

I loved how clean everything was! The room was nice and exactly what I was looking for. A nice perk was my room also has a small balcony that I could see the beach. The AC worked great, and the bed was comfy. I tried the breakfast the last morning of my stay, and was happily surprised at all the choices, and how good it was. This motel is in a great location to everything as well. I'd definitely return with my husband and children in the future.

I don't have much negative to say. The only challenge I had was parking at night. It's harder to find a parking spot, and parking your vehicle can be very tight at night. But all considering the popular area.. this is somewhat understandable.

Breakfast was very good with many choices.

Person handling breakfast on mornings we were there was not friendly. She didn’t smile or greet and talk to anyone and she never offered assistance.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was very limited but what I expected. Muffins, cereal, bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage, the norm. I didn't use the pool simply because it was so HOT and there was no umbrellas (that I saw). The staff was super friendly. Parking was easy and the location was easy to find. It's about a 15 minute walk from The Hangout, shops and other restaurants. Walmart is close and you can use the cut through of the state park to get there without much traffic. They did have alcoholic beverages, cokes, juice, snacks, etc on site for purchase at a decent price. It was marked up but still affordable in a pinch.

Beach access was easy but you need a wagon if you have a family. You have to walk up a block and cross the street so pack your wagon for the day. There is nowhere to use the restroom at this beach access. My fault that I chose "Beach Access" instead of beach front when choosing this hotel. The view was ok but the condo's next door block the sunrise but that is no fault of the hotel. Just note there is construction across the street so if you before this season ends, there is a lot of noise on the beach. I didn't notice it in the hotel though. This is minor but they had sunscreen for sale and they ran out the day I was there and didn't restock before I left which is how I know where Walmart is :)

Loved the balcony, proximity to a beach entrance, breakfast, pool was nice with outdoor shower.

The room desperately needed hooks on the walls to hang wet swimsuits and towels. The balcony worked but we were nervous the wind would blow something away. There was almost nowhere to hang anything inside the room. A hot tub would’ve also been nice.

The property was in a great location. You literally walked across the street and were at the beach. There was also a safe crosswalk at the red light. The property was also right around the corner from the State Park. There seemed to always be someone cleaning the floors of the entry and by the elevators due to sand and water being brought in constantly. The facility was very clean. Condos are very expensive especially for just two people. We booked the King Suite with a balcony and it met our expectations and more. It’s also nice to have clean linens, your bed made up and the sand swept daily. It’s nearly impossible to keep sand out. The pool area was very nice. It was spacious with pretty flowers and nice outdoor furniture. And what’s not to love about an included breakfast. There were a ton of options from coffee, three different juices, milk, single boxes cereals, sausage Patties, sausage links, scrambled eggs, small egg and cheese omelettes, packaged oatmeal and grits, whole apples and oranges, Greek yogurt, yoplait yogurt, muffins, toast, bagels, English muffins and waffles. The staff promptly met all needs at anytime. We had no issue with any staffing.

Each time we tried to watch TV while waiting for rain showers to pass, the service lagged, froze or it would lose service completely. The only meat option for breakfast was sausage in which I don’t care for but I’m sure it’s cheaper so I understand.

Everything was great. We finally got a real suite. We travel with our 3 children all the time and seems like everytime I book a suite there's never a separate room. Well this time it was and my husband loved it. We get to be with our kids enjoy them and then let them enjoy being having their alone time too. I know we could stay in an airbnb but I just prefer hotels and hotels like this one are the reason why. Walking distance from the beach which we had a blast there and lots of sightseeing on that strip and other attractions are not far away. My kids loved the onsite pool and complimentary breakfast. The housekeeper came and brought new fresh towels which we seem to always have to ask for. Even the lady that checked us in was awesome. After you've been on the rode for hours it's refreshing to be able to check in quickly and with the least amount of stress as possible. We loved our stay and will be staying again.
