We really did not have to leave once we got there. The restaurants being right there was a big help for us.

The room and view was amazing however we think the hotel should have let us know that there would be little or no access to beach due to beach improvement. We understand it is necessary, just should have warned us.

There were several stains on the carpeting the room, I have pictures if you want to see them. One elevator not working, Other than that it was great.

The facilities, location, staff are superb.

There is no hot tub in or next to the unheated outdoor pool which makes it impossible to use the pool on cool days. Also, we prefer rooms where the sink is in a separate location from the toilet. And finally: for a high-class resort like this, it is cheap to charge $11 per day for parking and $3 for tiny bottles of water in the room.

The view and private beach were wonderful and worth the price of the hotel. Guests were nice and pleasant as well as the staff when we had questions. Liked that there was a way to text directly to the hotel staff for needs that we had. Daily room service was wonderful and appreciated.

Parking was far from the entrance to the rooms so hauling our luggage the first day was a task as we did not want to pay for valet service. The beds were very hard. Had to ask for towels a few times at the pool but overall stay was good.

Great location on the beach. It’s not in the middle of everything but still close to a good selection of places to eat and shop. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all, mostly families and couples.

The property was everything you need and more for a little weekend getaway. Anything you need they offer. Everything was very clean and nice.

Going to eat twice on the property I felt like the locations were understaffed which caused a long wait to even be helped. One of the locations we were walked past multiple times without being helped to the point where my family got up and left. The server apologized for everything and said she was doing everything alone and had her hands full. I understood that but was the second time that happened to us and was getting late and my toddler was getting inpatient. Other than that situation our stay was amazing. Honestly I’d still stay at this location again and give things another chance because everything else was so nice.

Long walk to the rooms is about the only thing I can say but it wasn’t an issue!

Property is very inviting- relaxing

I had an uncomfortable experience with one of your employees at the registration desk! She did not want to assist me because she couldn’t answer my questions earlier. However, instead of acknowledging me and saying she will send someone, she left the area and after about 5 minutes, a different person came to assist me. I just wanted to get an extra key for my guest! She never asked if she could help me!

The room was phenomenal. The staff was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfy. I was in love with the fact that we were right on the beach. I went out on the balcony every chance I got. We will definitely be back.

My only two complaints are parking and no microwave in the room. We needed to walk, but it's quite a walk from the main entrance to our elevator. We would have loved to have a microwave just to hear up our leftover food and when my coffee got cold. That's really the only thing I can say " bad" about the place or our stay. Again, we will be back !!
