The location in Gulf Shores was quiet and beautiful. We came in late from driving yet the lady was very helpful checking us in. The room was spacious and clean. The queen beds and pillows were comfortable, the linens and towels were clean and bright white. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with egg & cheese omelettes, browned turkey sausage patties, toasted bagels, blueberry muffins, coffee and juices and make your own waffles snd coffee. The breakfast attendant was very helpful. The man who checked us out was efficient and polite.

The indoor pool wasn't heated, yet the water temperature was refreshing, there were plenty of towels and warm room atmosphere, so it all worked out. The accessible shower needed retiling and the wide bathroom door didn't slide closed. All the plumbing worked great, the sink counter and toilet were up-to-date, so not much to complain about.

I was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came in daily to change out the towels, dump the garbage, and make our bed. At other hotels that is only done upon request. I like that it included a hot breakfast. The staff were super friendly and quick to replenish items when they were out. It was in a great location walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and Walmart,

It would have been nice if they had changed up the hot breakfast items daily. It was the same two things all four days (frozen omelets and sausage patties that were microwaved).

The room was clean. The cleaning lady that cleaned the room every day did a great job. Quite most of the time except one night when people was fighting in the hallway and then a dog started barking. My husband liked your breakfast. I did not see anything I wanted last time so did not go eat. Need more choses. Over all a great stay. We would stay there again.

Not enough choses on the breakfast bar. And the shower dripped the whole time we were there. And the hair dryer was broken but didn’t need it anyway.

I love the fact that it was across the street from a grocery store and the beach was a 5 min drive. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The pool was easy to find plus I love the fact that towels were provided for guests set to the side.

The pool was cold. Had issues getting the door to click shut. The bathtub fossette kept leaking.

The room was set up great, it was kinda outdated but super clean. The front desk manager found out we were going swimming and offered to turn the temperature up. He was very thoughtful.

The soda machine right outside our door kept our money and the desk said we had to call the number on the machine for a refund. The breakfast could have offered more choices.

The location, size, bathroom, bed. The price and the staff were very pleasing.

If I remember correctly we were in room 102. the room was very nice and the handycap bath was a nice surprise. But while laying on the bed we started hearing a roar. Thought it was coming from the parking lot but it was coming from behind the wall at our head. The staff came to check it out for us and we discovered there were giant water heaters on the other side of the wall. At least we knew what it was every time they would start. Did not last long and was a good while in between but thought you needed to be aware of this problem..

It is close to the beach. It seems to have been remodeled since the last time we stayed here. Great value for the location. Friendly, helpful staff & enjoyable breakfast.

Nothing at all from the hotel. However, the city has done some road work that makes it more difficult and confusing and less convenient to access the property. Not the hotel's fault though.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good with several options.

The motel is an older one and there is a bit of a dingy effect in there. But the staff are so positive and helpful that it really offsets of age of the motel.

Close to beach nice place

Our room had no chair. They don’t provide them anymore. No place to sit a suitcase. I booked a room designated assessable but there wasn’t a single grab bar in the bathroom.

Views of the gulf makes the room ,staff very professional and helpful. Great location Room very clean

Needs a King size bed Toilet antiquated size ,really needs a modern extended bowl
