Room is big and with many facilities (TV, water boiler,...). Internet is fast and available throughout the building. Room is quiet, no traffic or other noises.

Shower is somehow too big and with moving-walls, not so practical (probably due to set up for behindered persons)

This beautifully converted hotel (an old ceramic factory) is a real gem! We chose it for the location, but it turned out to be really warm, friendly, clean, quiet, and delightful! The staff was so helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We walked to dinner (reservations made by the wonderful hotel concierge) and enjoyed seeing some of the lovely city. Great value and a lovely stay!

The bed could use a little upgrade...but it was nice and large.

Very responsive to queries before I arrived, and with flexible with checkin as I was flying in from overseas. Beautiful heritage building with very clean and comfortable rooms. The surrounding area is safe and pleasant.

No iron in the rooms (but listed on the booking website). I’m saying that, the staff kindly organised a place we could all go and iron the clothes.

Clean & spacious rooms, kind and helpful staff. We came as a big group due to our wedding and the staff made everyone feel welcome. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the venue, which was convenient.

Large spacious room, big bathroom, very clean, fridge with minibar and tea / coffee making facilities. Our son liked the complimentary slippers and shower cap! The woman at the front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was good. Also there was free parking.

Friendly people, beautiful & spacious room, delicious breakfast in a lovely garden & nice ceramics everywhere that refer to the history of place. A wonderful stop close to the mountains, excellent for those who love hiking.

staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean and spacious great to relax in after a day of travelling. breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

location is a strange one, not much happening in the town but we drove into the nearby wine region for tastings and lunch so was quite good.

I was travelling with my son with two racebikes. Great we could safely park them in the garage. Great, great value for money
