Everything about this Resort is excetional. From the guys hand picking the weeds from the grass to the General manager. The pool is spotlessly clean (pool towels from the Spa adjacent). The restaurant is great and all the staff are amazing. We booked for 2 nights in a cottage. Then another 2 in a different room and yet another 2 in a cottage again. Didn't want to leave!

Some of the garden view rooms have no outside seating and can be a little cold during the monsoon. Be aware of the path to the Pizzaria, it can be very dark at night. I spoke to the GM and he assures me it will be taken care of.

Front office lady staff in reception - not letting smooth checkout. I went to pay in advance, they wanted me to provide keys. Made me wait. Made me to walk back to the room again. Checkout was chaotic . Other staff politely helped me solve it. I was surprised that front office staff was not willing to take my payment. Craziness at its peak. Other points -Explain facilities and improve it so we can use it properly e.g. cycling, indoor games -Improve business centre facilities and upgrade it -1 for her at front office reception

It is a beautiful resort to relax and unwind Very peaceful and isolated. Rooms are large and quiet. Service is apt and delightful.

Reception management needs a lot of improvement.Except for a few staff who show some warnth and hospitality, rest seem hostile and almost intolerable to guest s. Maybe they have been trained well enough to handle obstinate guests...not sure.. No water or welcome drink provided to us.. The entire reception decor also seems to undermine the resort s sparkle.

i had bad experience with the things we forgot hand bag at restaurant at 7 am with in 10 minuts we called to reception and informed on the same the y said collected but we lost 500 rs from the bag whlile check out partially checked thought every thing is there but we lost and left my kids slippers at electric vehicle not was informed offcourse it is my responsibility they way your staff speaks nicely we confused because of that other wise we ve responsibility. we enjoyed with property over all thank you

Nice resort slight off the main highway! It was quiet and just what we needed for a nice getaway! The rooms were large! We had a lake facing room and the sitout was nice and gave a very open feel. The breakfast buffet was nice. The spa masseuse were good! The pool area was huge and nice!

It's a little run down and could use a little makeover. The room service food was quite average. The spa could also use a makeover and definitely should ensure that there are no mosquitoes in it! The gym is there for namesake( I think it was last used when they first constructed it)For the price, I was a little letdown by all these small nitty gritties!

Traveling with 2 young kids the property had something to keep them engaged and we did not feel the need to step out of the property. Facility is week managed and staff very attentive. Multiple options to eat as well special mention of the italian bistro! Jacuzzi and hot shower in the suite was another highlight!

The suite room seating was inadequate and can be better!

The expanse and ambience of the property are excellent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Since their main restaurant is under repairs, the meals are served in open lawn which was quite enjoyable.

Some of their rooms are made in duplex style which makes it cumbersome to use washroom which is a level below the bedroom. Surprisingly there are no lifts in the resort. For carriage of luggage it is difficult even if it is two storyed building. There's only one shop inside the property which is a plant nursery. A few more shops offering traditional Mysuru craft will be added tourist attraction and revenue generation for the resort.

This was one of my best family stay in the recent time. This well-maintained, beautiful property gave us enough space to unwind and savor the warm hospitality of extremely courteous staff. I had a member with us who is 85+ years whose every need was taken care of by experienced hands. It would be unfair to name anyone special here since it is the team that made the difference and gifted us a wealthy experience. My sincere thanks to the management for empowering the staff to look after the guests as their own near and dear ones. If you are visiting Mysore, Silent Shores should be your place to relax.

The service was very good, staff polite and went out of their way to help. Its a beautiful place spread over a huge area with a choice of rooms and in the midst of nature. the rooms are well furnished and the landscaping is so well done.

The breakfast spread was ok but not as lavish as expected from a place of such repute. Also on weekdays the staff is in a hurry to wind up breakfast and are very particular about this. One gets the feeling that you have to gobble up food and not have a leisurely breakfast. Most good places have breakfast timings till 10.30 am while it is sharp 10am.

The room was clean and large. Very spacious

The main restaurant was under construction and the breakfast served in temporary tent built. It was not pleasant in the heat plus lots of flies. I had to tell them to put the fans on as it was very hot.
