Staff were so helpful. The location was very quiet at night. The use of kitchen facilities was very convenient.

Very clean, comfortable bed, variable hot water. The woman who runs it is fastidious and monitors her staff closely. So everything is very clean. It was diwali, so very noisy area for that. No shade on Sai Inn for this. They don't offer breakfast or the use of the kitchen unless you stay longer than 14 days. Close to euro style cafes.

The area is right next to a slum. People were fine and not harassing. However our friend who dropped us was worried. It won't suit everyone.

The room was clean and the AC worked well. The bed was comfortable. We could refill our water. The covered rooftop was a good place for some sports. Nearby you can find many cafes and restaurants. The staff was really friendly. We took an overnight train and could leave our language there and took a shower before we left.

Sai Inn do not provide breakfast. It was very clean. Staff was very pleasant. Place is easy to reach. Plenty of parking space. Almost all the places are commutable. Great ventilation and natural light.

Hotels use spring/ ultra soft beds. It's not specific to Sai Inn but I am used to sleep on a non-spring/ relatively harder sponged bed. So, that was not very comfortable for me.

This is a very good hotel at resonable rate. The owner and the management is Excellent who tries to accommodation almost all logical request. They also arrange transport at a reasonable rate with a very professional driver. Overall I will recommend this hotel for short visits.

Absence of restaurant is an issue. Although you get food through swigy and a market is nearby. The staff help with all required cutlery and plates etc. in case food is procured through swigy.

I arrived just b4 11 am, way b4 check in time. And the staff was so kind to quickly have the room ready so that I could rest after a 12 hour train journey. Room was super clean, so fresh. Location is great near the best cafes/restaurants I found in gokulam. I would stay here again.

Staff were amazing, super friendly and always on hand if you needed them. We were able to leave our bags there on our last day so that we could still explore before leaving Mysore, on the first day they let us check in early too which was a real bonus after an overnight train, and on top of this they very kindly washed a bag of laundry for us free of charge. Free breakfast was good (they order it in from a nearby place) and the surrounding area is lovely too - quite trendy and has all the amenities you would need. Can't fault this place or its staff!

Good value. Clean room (aircon, flat screen TV with YouTube but no TV channels, free landry service, bedtable table light and plugs, table and chair for laptop). Good Wi-Fi. Good mattress. New clean towels and bed sheets. Nice WC/bath, soap and shampoo, complementary, tea or coffee, usage of well-equipped kitchen, helpful staff, got me a train ticket. Quite middle-class neighbourhood not very central (90 rupees to train station, 120 to Mysore Palace – by Uber or Rapido apps don’t miss it), 100 meters to main streel with many shops, affordable eaters and on the opposite end a reasonable mini supermarket

Great location, near small residential gardens, main street groceries, stores, cafe and local eateries. The wonderful, helpful and positive staff of Sai In made our stay extra comfortable and pleasant. The residence offers a kitchen and eating area with very good cooking facilities and a drinking water container for hot and cold water. I especially liked the terrace, which every room has. There are a number of shalas for practicing yoga nearby. The good news is, that Sai In is also getting its big roof terrace ready for yoga practices :) Big plus - mosquito nets!! :) Would choose to stay there again!

Stayed 3 nights here, The staff were very helpful and accommodating, very supportive, all requests were attended to, the rooms are good, maintained very well.. Would definitely return again and highly recommend this place
