We travelled for 2 nights (30th and 31st May'25) as a family with a 7 yr old kid. The room was very spacious, clean and with all basic amenities. The bed was pretty comfortable for a family of 3 people. The bathroom was clean too. The area was so peaceful and approachable that it was pretty sound sleep after two days of city tour and travelling. There was a restaurant by the name of Nalpak, quite near, almost 1.5km from the hotel, which serves delicious vegetarian food. We loved the dosas and the hot water that they serve. The parking and breakfast are point of improvement though. Parking, being very limited in front of the hotel, is on first come basis...then, you have search and park nearby the hotel. The road is quite big so there will not be any issue in parking elsewhere. Breakfast on the other hand is good but have limited options. However, for a short trip of 1-2 days its ok...you can have it. Overall its a decent hotel at a good and approachable location with all basic amenities and a decent breakfast.

Though there was nothing that we didnt like as such, however, i had asked for a room on higher floor but we got it on 1st floor. Since the room was quite and big, we did not asked for a higher floor room.

The location of the hotel made it a pleasant place of stay while booking and it did turn out to be a conveniently located hotel, with all the major attractions within a fair distance. I had booked 2 rooms and the hotel management provided me with interconnecting rooms, which is very appreciable. There was a restaurant right next door named Auburn and a conveniently placed souvenir shop at the ground floor.

Absolutely nothing. Yes, the building and facilities are a bit old, but they have done their best to keep the items up and running. Appreciate that.

It was a very good stay. Hotel is very clean. All facilities provided in the room. Good bed, clean bathroom. Sufficient complimentary breakfast. Snacks order were in good quantity and well done. IN a quiet neighbourhood. But this may be a problem for ones, who are not driving there.

Staff take toooo long for check in procedure. It is the longest check in, inspite of the fact that we were the only ones there.

Treebo guys increased the price Rs. 1000/- after part payment was completed. If not paid the booking will be cancelled. This is highly unacceptable and taking customer as hostage.

Location, comfort, and view from the room. neat and clean rooms and washrooms.

Breakfast was good but had a low taste and could have been better. They give one bottle of water per day and a total of two bottles for two day stay,Also there was no cross ventilation in the room, window were not having mosquito nets other wise we could have opened the windows. Overall i am super happy with the services.

The location is good. The rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are very good with all the fixtures working properly. The staff are good. Breakfast was good. The price is reasonable

There is no covered parking. They should arrange some help for cleaning the car / windshield etc., A balcony in the room could have enriched the experience

The staff don't speak Hindi or English. So communication is a big challenge. In the restaurant, only one man could speak English. And also, food is over rated...it's too masaledar and not kids friendly at all. Breakfast is good. But not the food served in the restaurant.

The check in desk was very quick and although I arrived before my check in time, they allocated a room immediately. Food was good, housekeeping staff were exceptional. Parking, although open, was safe with a security guard around.

We liked the hotel very much, Actually we planned to stay for one day but we extended our stay for one more day since we liked the hotel,

we didn't like the restaurant person"s behaviour. Ist day breakfast was not buffet, second day was buffet with limited items, food was good, the staff was so rude and he "ordered" us to keep the plates in the box

Hot water was an issue. Used kettle for the same. Lot of normal water to be wasted to get hot water. Only once after throwing so much of water we got little hot water.
