Lovely staying in a former small palace. Very near to the centre of town very walkable or auto at the gate.The beds are comfortable and good bed linen. Cleaning done when requested and staff are very honest and trustworthy. The front desk and Suresh the Hotel manager are customer service champions. Also it’s very near to railway station and you can walk there in 5 minutes. The restaurant is very good and big portions of food cooked freshly and spiced to your liking.

We have stayed here on visits spanning many years and it gets better on each visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a deluxe room at the back and loved the heritage building and old world charm. We arrived early from sleeper bus and were allowed early check in which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff could not have been more attentive to our comfort. We felt no need to dine anywhere else during our three days in Mysore.

No wifi in our room and the decor a bit tired which didn't bother us. If it was "state of the art" the cost would have been a great deal more.

The property was at the prime location with every eatery and visiting spots just few kms away. The service was amazing and the food, next level. They have an in-house bar too. Rooms were also good. In front of it is The Southern Star hotel which has The Malabar Table restaurant (authentic Malabar cuisine). Railway station is just at 100 meters walking distance.

This is a value for money hotel. The breakfast was really good. There were many dishes for the breakfast. Friendly staff. I will definitely revisit this hotel in future. The price they charged and facilities and breakfast food they provided has exceeded my expectations. I have booked this hotel since most of the hotels are already booked due to Dussera festival celebrations in Mysore palace. But was bit surprised and happy with the value they provided for the amount which is nearly half the amount charged in the private hotels per day.

The rooms were clean. Overall it is a nicely maintained hotel.

Reception very friendly, Beautiful historic building, Restaurant very good South Indian food all cooked fresh ingredients and big sized portions and very helpful staff.There is a next day laundry service reasonably priced.

There was nothing bad about this hotel and we have stayed there over many years and it only gets better.

The property is a heritage site however the price of AC rooms were on the higher side.ans breakfast was excluded for us..However the restaurant provides reasonable breakfast and food ..Their lawn is beautiful and for that matter the surroundings are very pleasant The coffee shop makes one the best coffee we have ever had .the feel of the property is classic and recommended for the ambiance

It was very convenient to locate since the hotel is on the main road and very near to railway station. It has large reception lobby with sofas and newspapers. The rooms are kept very neat and staff is very polite. It has a restaurant and a coffee shop.

The water in the hot water tap was lukewarm.This can be better streamlined.

It was an excellent trip in Mysore. We enjoyed our stay at KSTDC mayura hotel. Great hospitality and service provided and especially thanks to the Manager who supported us for the early check in process and accommodated the rooms for our entire team.😊 Thanks and regards , Sundaram

I would recommend it for the cafeteria especially on breakfast since the quality of food is fine but not to the expected level They need to focus more on this..

The place is located at a very convenient location. The atmosphere is serene. Very spacious. One gets real value for money. Love to stay there again.

The check in time is very rigid. Must be made more customers friendly. Especially for those who arrive early in the morning. Must consider a 24hrs check in and check out as is being practiced by the others.

Hotel location and proximity to Raliway station

Morning Buffet Breakfast. Not value for money at all. we stayed for 3 days and taken buffet breakfast. Nothing was available by morning 8.30 itself and the refill was not done even after repeated requests. Its not worth for Rs 200. May we can have a good breakfast at Adyar Anandabhavan lesser than that.
