The Manager Mani Sir welcomed us when we reached there at 5:30. We had informed the hotel about our late check-in. We checked out on the third day at 12. Check in and check-out was easy and friendly. There is a restaurant on the second floor. The food is yummy and not much expensive. The bathroom and room are spacious. A good hotel for a family.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room (7) did not function. When we informed them they fixed it soon, but it stopped functioning after some time. They fixed it again. But it died again after some time. As for us, AC was not compulsory so we did not complain later.

The room structure, arrangements, supplies, restaurant good facility, the staff behaviour and support was really good. I would say exceptional at this price range.

One of the things that disappointed me was that the hot water facility was not working. Another thing was, the laundary was cleaned but still brown patches were visible on bedsheet, blanket.

You can reach a lot by foot from here and explore the beautiful city of Mysore. The staff was friendly and the room was good and clean. Don't expect too much but for the price it is definitely alright.

Having warm water only during a few selected hours in the morning is pretty annoying. If you can deal with that, the hotel is a good choice.

If you are looking for value for money and near to attractions like Mysore palace, it is the best. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They accommodate you to their level best. I had very comfortable stay with family.

Nothing to complain

Had requested for an early check-in and they were kind enough to make it happen. The rooms were clean and ample space. The food in restaurant inside was really good too, not much oily and pricing was perfect. Tea, coffee were served exactly at the given time. Parking is kind of limited, but it's available for 5 cars. Can't park infront of the hotel as the roads are narrow so plan accordingly. Overall nice place to stay with family.

Efficient, really friendly and helpful staff, quiet street in good location, good sized room and bathroom. Large, comfortable bed. Excellent Indian breakfast.

Bathroom needed updating but was no problem at all.

The location was great, near the palace. The room was small but perfect for one night stay. It was possible to Have breakfast in their restaurant.

The Walls are really thin, you can hear everything, and there was no hot Water.

The staff was extremely accommodating of our check-in and check-out times. They helped us with hiring a taxi as well. The in-house restaurant is just about okay. It was overall a very comfortable stay and we loved the hospitality.

Single bathroom for group of 4 was little bad. Apart from that we enjoyed a good stay. Also the gyser facility could be improved.
