It was an excellent stay. Booked seeing the photos and reviews and it turned out to be much better than expected. The room I took was a family room which had two sections,2 air conditioners and fans, 2 toilets and a common area with sofa and table, entertainment etc. Nowadays most hotels don't give importance to entertainment but these people have a smart TV and internet with a wifi router/repeater inside the room to ensure good wifi. Breakfast was exceptional. Had a superb vegetarian buffet with more than 8 items. All items except 2 of them were really tasty. Even my kids enjoyed the food a lot. The room service staff and restaurant staff were very friendly. While I am writing this, they have not started their kitchen inside the hotel, they were sourcing the food from some restaurant outside. I think they chose one of the best restaurants to provide food for customers. Hope they will keep up this quality throughout. what made me happy is I got all this at a very nominal rate or 3900 including tax for the family room. Normal rooms are coming around 2000 for 2 people, in the off seasons and weekdays. Would recommend it to anyone with my experience.

1) Location of Hotel is Just half kilometres from famous Vinayak Mylari Dosa Hotel and 1.5 kms from Mysore Palace. (In the centre of city) 2) Surrounding is peaceful. 3) 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler parking is available. 4) Lift is available. 5) Staff is co-operative. 6) As it is newly started hotel, interiors of hotel are best. 7) I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family, if they r planning to Mysore Trip. 8) DOSA, Idly, Wada and watermelon are available for breakfast Along with tea and coffee. 9) Advance electronic/wifi locks are installed for every room.Safety is best.

Really close to the bus stand, great location and a very nice spacious room with a nice shower. The staff was really helpful on all accounts!

In the sink they have these chemicals against cockroaches, which is nice but leaves a certain smell in the room.

The reception staff were not supportive and cordial. It took nearly half an hour to complete the initial formalities for getting the room. Meanwhile, the staff spent around 10 minutes sorting out with a delivery man. We were late for a conference and the staff paid no heed to that. They collected the entire amount of room rent right on arrival at the hotel which is usually not taboo in most of the hotels in India! Moreover, our IDs were demanded rudely, as if we were some culprits involved in legal issues!! But the room boys were very helpful and paid attention to all our requests.

The room was neat and clean with good furniture and a well-functioning AC. The service was top-notch, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. There was plenty of parking available, which made our stay very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Great location. Good staff. Good breakfast. Maybe they can add a few items to the breakfast menu. Since they do not have an in-house restaurant they are a little crippled. However they are doing a good job. They can improve.

Nothing as such. Probably they have a policy of giving only one water bottle per room. They charge for extra bottles. In summer they should at least make it 2. All else fine.

Man at the reception , namely Abdul was well behaved and showed due courtesy. Mr Aziz, one of the owners whom I met during our stay was also courteous. Rest of the staff did what we required of them. Being a new Hotel, a few things namely an in-house restaurent and travel guide facilities were absent and I hope with the passage of time these would be added by the management. Best Wishes.

Good spacious room for the price, and the property location is very good, situating at the center of the city Other amenities are good just the staff could be more professional and understanding.

The breakfast timings was till 10 am , we reached around 9:40 The buffet was empty We asked the manager to give us some breakfast he said that he will not be able to provide as they get breakfast from outside. I feel they should have arranged that.
