Good spread of dishes for breakfast. Though the food was little less of solt but it was tasty. Had options for all ages which was appreciating factor. Please add Mysore native one or two dishes as part of menu so that outsiders can expereince taste of mysore and cherish the moment of visiting mysore.

I have notice that the cook who was present at the counter was using his hand to prepare Medu/uddina wada and same person went on prepare Egg hamlet later, which was little disturbing scene for vegiterians who stictky follow their food habits. Please try avoiding it in future.

Buffet bfast food varieties were good. Overall.stay was good.

Wait time for getting booked room can be reduced. Swimming pool time not suitable for traveller usage. Should extend early morning and in evening times.Checkin time and checkout time can be extended. Cable TV issues noticed, cam fix before providing rooms.

The pool was actually open instead of being 'closed for maintenance ' which has been the case in so many of the hotels. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so friendly and polite. Good location as near the centre. Laundry super fast.

There was building work going on which was noisy.

Taking a shower in a bath tub was bit challenging always you have a fear of slipping due to soap water pls make some alternate arrangements not all opt of bath tubs better to have a proper shower in premium rooms that will ease out the risk and to aviod any accidents while taking shower - first time i have seen getting into bath tub and taking normal shower bath tubs are basically for leisure bathing - as a tourist its diff to take shower

The ambience of the hotel is good, also we got connecting rooms so it was good for the children. Breakfast was good. The hotel is also centrally located, which helped with roaming around the city very comfortable.

Rooms and location was excellent. Staff were courteous, only feedback is the room cleaning services need to be obedient. Every time they use to miss one or other thing , once soap, once towel. Some senior needs to supervise the cleaning staff properly.

The door keys, kept getting deactivated. Hotel support staff needs to fix this.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions.

Helpful staff as well as polite. Good location and spacious layout of thr hotel. Ample parking. Good food for the money charged.

Massage parlour service was not worth the money. No proper massage was done. Hot and cold water for bath was very non-predictable . At times it was too hot at times no hot water. Mixing for right temperature was something we could beger achieve properly.

Friendly staff, great breakfast including good western options. Clean hotel in great location.

Hot water took a long time to heat in shower.

The service provided by the staff is top notch, very good staff , special mention to Mr. Madappa at the Cascade restaurant, Breakfast buffet was best in class

Parking space could be a bit better
