Spacious room, comfort bed, friendly and helpful staff, very delicious Indian breakfast, dosa, sambar, wada, bajji, really enjoyed. I did not want to leave the hotel

Wifi sometimes weak. Bathroom was clean enough, and if you've thoroughly remove the mold, it's perfect.

The Property is located in the town center and has good connectivity. The room is up to the mark for the price they charging. Restaurant food (room service for dinner) is tasty. Breakfast has good options.

Suggestion 1 - They can add juice to the menu and can add more cut fruits instead of just one will make the breakfast menu more appealing. Suggestion 2. -Basement parking needs security, better lighting, and labeling for driving in/out safely. Also, rainwater got accumulated in the hotel portico driveway. so, I had to get my sports shoes wet inorder to get out of my car and check-in to the hotel.

We booked the suite which was very nice. It was all clean and best thing about this hotel is that it is located at the heart of the city, which makes it very convenient for travellers to catch up on special visiting locations quite easy to access. Manjunath was extremely helpful. I would thank him for making our stay pleasant by personalised service & following certain special requests. whereas other staffs were very kind and helpful too! The morning breakfast was good too. I would definitely recommend and would again stay at this hotel if given a chance.

The reception needs to be more active as several follow up requests were delayed and had to remind them repeatedly to get it done.

good location. walking distance to attractions. breakfast was tasty and varied. fairly decent sized rooms. staff was friendly enough. overall, not bad.

aging facilities. it's overdue for a renovation. lots of peeling paint. dingy tile grout. lots of dingy, cracking, chipped or peeling facilities. old sheets that were pilling. we asked for new sheets. when new, this was probably a really nice hotel.

Some Reception staff was nice and location of the hotel is good as there are stores nearby and minutes away from tourist areas

Asked the reception to send someone for laundry Service 3 times on the phone and n one showed up. On the fourth time went directly to the reception and told them and they finally sent them. Room service needs to be improved on. Also breakfast was no good, basic indian breakfast and the beverages was always water, tea, and coffee (no juices available).

Value for Money , Heart of the city, good facility . The staff is co operative and the break fast is good as per Indian standards. I recommend this property to everyone who is interested in a medium budget good vacation or for business trips. KEEP IT UP.

The HM Resort is a real nice place to stay. I enjoyed the beautiful landscape around it very much and it is very close to spots like the Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary, Sri Rangapatna Island with the famous Sri Nimishambha Temple and The Colones Bailey's dungeon. I felt very much welcomed by the HM Resorts staff especially Rocky who was my local guide and Avinash who both took real good care of me.Thank you very much HM Resort Team.

Spacious rooms, over all good experience, my children likes this hotel and would like to stay again when come to mysuru in future.

Reception staff are ok but to be more welcoming with smile.

The hospitality staff was good, polite, attentive, and ready to help. The restaurant was good, the team there offered radily cooked food to our taste and choice.

The bathroom facility could be improved where to hang the towel, separated by a glass partition.
