Location as well staff specially there are some good people in front desk like Muhammad aquil .. giresh and najeeb all of them are very good people

No fridge in some rooms and fans are very noisy I strongly recommend to replace the fans in the en rooms and sometimes bit problem of privacy people who stay in the next room they bang the door very loudly ask them to maintain the discipline an dab not to bang the door and not to disturb others

All is good and well mannered staff. And breakfast what they served also was awesome. Best South Indian buffet

Covered parking was not available. We had to park the car on the road. That was as the only one negative think. All other facility was good.

It is in good location and worth of money connected to all place in city 

The stuff are excellent and specially the front desk extremely good customer friendly good behavior and helpful people all of them are extremely good.. I usually stay very often only just because of those people in front desk I m very satisfied With the  service  and happy customer

Location, staff. Reception area and the one on one conversation with the receptionist was really good.

Breakfast was not that good in taste. Service was not good as much they missed out on whatever we ask for on the call.

Location close to most tourist spots, big comfortable rooms, two rooms for price of 1,hot water 24 hrs, microwave, mini fridge, good wifi, breakfast had boiled eggs, attentive staff

Old property, only Kannada channels on TV, lack of proper restaurant

Hotel is good and value for money. But, the hotel is around 2.5 km away from Mysore Bus Stand.

Hotel's maximum tv channels are south Indian based.. Mainly zeetv, North East TV channels are not found.

Location close to everything (we walked back only 25 minutes in good weather from Mysore Palace), wifi, staff all very courteous, parking space, all were good plus points. The shower pressure was ideal and room was clean. AC also well functioning.

-They only give ONE bottle of water per room per day, which is WAY less than the bare minimum required for a normal human, and less than what other hotels give that are even cheaper. Not staff's fault but hotel policy needs to be changed to maintain basic standard. -Breakfast options are limited to idly, dosa, puri. Nothing continental to cater to international guests. -Our bathroom drain had hair all over it when we checked in (could be a simple mistake from anyone), but the rest was very clean.

I like the place. And also the hospitality services were very good. All the adventures places and the holy places are very near to each other
