Photos correspond to reality, hot water, wifi, toiletries. Friendly staff.

Annoying and spamming messages about reservations, arrival time, etc. even when we were already accommodated and had paid for accommodation.

Room and bathrooms were very clean. And there were hot shower round the clock.

I would like to see a small table and 2 chairs incase we opt to dine in. There's enough room for it in the room.

Very good location not far from the railway station. Also easily accessible to all important locations.

Housekeeping should be improved. Especially when guests check in the hallways should always be kept clean.

I liked the location of the hotel in the centre of the city. Very good and friendly behaviour of the staff. 24 hours hot water facility available.

On the corridor smoking should not be allowed.

Staff are very supportive in arranging cab facility for site seeing and extending 90 mins during checkout

A LOT of switches to put everything (blower, AC, outlets) on and off. At one point the AC stopped working.

Staff was helpful and quick to respond The room and Bathroom was clean

The room was small but comfortable. The start were very helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast was also prompt and good.

They could have given two towels for a double room. A kettle and tea bags or coffee saches would have been excellent.
