The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. The room was comfortable. The soap smelled really good. The restaurant was the highlight and the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.

I found the hotel staff, policies, and forms to be sexist. I am a woman who is a doctor and I travelled with my husband and son. I made the booking and checked in and checked out as well as paid with my details and my credit card. The staff listed my name on the bill as “Mr.” and directed all payment questions to my husband at the hotel restaurant. The bill had a “primary guest” and “secondary guest” section and it was filled out by the staff with my name in both fields but “Mr.” for the primary guest and “Mrs.” for the secondary guest. I think it was indicative of a systemic and unconscious bias. I found it offensive and annoying. I hope they will rectify this in the future and get with the times so they can appeal to international clientele.

The hotel is located directly on one of the streets where the dasara procession took place. Therefore this was the ideal location for me. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. They pointed out to me that from the rooftop of the hotel one of the light shows during the dasara can be seen. It was a phantastic experience. Just down the street there are many restaurants.

The breakfast selection was rather small for this class of hotel.

Great staff and service. Very clean and spacious rooms (we were in a suite). Great location, a bit farther from heart of Mysore which made it less crowded and the locality had good restaurants as well. Food here was okay.

Breakfast spread was good but non veg options in breakfast are limited. It was primarily south Indian style breakfast and not continental.

The location was great, rooms were clean & impeccable, the service & hospitality was top notch. Kudos to the entire team for a fabulous job. Would definitely come back. Would highly recommend this place to friends & family.

I didn't have a swimming pool or fitness centre. Kids play zone can be expanded

Their restaurant is pathetic. They put some kind off chilli paste in almost every dish which caused trouble (gas & acidity) for me and my family. The food is not at all tasty. Stay here, but have your food outside.

The stay at Regenta was pleasant enough. Hotel and room were clean. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and gave good service. The positive point about the hotel was its location which was nearby to all major attractions.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was quite okay.

The corridor on our floor was a bit noisy some times, but no problem at night. Better noise isolation near the doors could help.

Exceptionally comfortable stay. Very courteous staff at the reception house keeping and at the restaurant. Awesome breakfast. Overall awesome experience. Strongly recommended for anyone visiting Mysore.
