When I arrived, the room was not ready. They gave me the room which did not have towels and soap. When I wanted to call the reception, the intercom was not working. Later I ordered food in the room as there was a menu. They got the veg thali from a nearby restaurant with all of it packed in plastic bags. Didn't even give a spoon and only one cup was provided. What a lovely hotel with amazing and attentive staff. SUMAN one of the hotel staff was super friendly and professional. He made us feel very welcomed and at home.

Room size was small but value for money and facility inside room i.e. bed, cupboard, Fan etc was excellent.

Not provided towel from themselves, however I have not asked to provide.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, well connected with taxi and auto, for breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants are situated close to the hotel. The hotel has good security and for room service we need to call them whenever we need.

They're not changing bedsheets every day so for those who stay more than two days it's an issue and the bathroom was not maintained well.

Location is nearby to all the visiting place inside city,St.Philomenon Church is in front of the hotel so it will be a wonderful view for anyone.parking space is also good.

A good value/price property walking distance from the main sights. I was working remote for one day, the internet was sufficient to join meetings. The property was clean and well maintained.

The location of the hotel was very nice. The rooms and the washroom were clean. The rooms were small but nice. Parking is also available. Hotel is opposite to St. Philomena's Cathedral. Hot water was available.
