Food is great

I paid 2800 on 30th April morning 10am to extend my stay until 2nd of April, which means checkout is on 2nd of April until 11am....but 1st of April at 3.30 pm onwards reception staff started calling me and force me to check - out on the same day.... I explain them that I already have paid to extend my stay, but again I got few more calls and saying another guest is waiting to check-in because I didn't check-out.... I was in the middle of a city tour and I feel disappointed of receiving many calls from the reception staffs

Great Ambiance 👍 👌.. Authentic andra food ..Food and hospitality is very good.. i like dosa and peanut chutney are awesome.. rooms are clean and hygiene well maintained by staff

Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was elevator facility which is helpful for people who have problems taking the stairs. There was ample parking space for the car to park.

The breakfast package and the in-house restaurant was quite overpriced. Also the keycards for the rooms "expire" at the end of each day. So one has to go to the reception and reprogram it everytime on reentry (Don't know if this is a one time problem or it is the usual case)

The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Nice ambience, good service and excellent food. the quality and taste of the food us a melody to the tongue. Amazing food indeed Specially south indian varieties. Superb Dosas and chutneys.

They could have arranged a hard mattress for people with back pain. They need to have one. The bathroom doesn't have a glass partition for bathing..which needs to be done. Except this it's a excellent stay.

Rooms were good stay was pleasant. Good location and value for money.

Same breakfast daily and card gets deactivated everytime when near to mobile phone always pain to get it activated everytime you check in.

Behaviour of staff and Location of hotel

They have the same breakfast everyday. Idly, vada, sambar, upma, Kesari bhat and tea coffee.(all are very traditional and tasty) If you ok to eat same breakfast every then fine. Else book the room without breakfast and try the nearby restraunts.

Location is excellent.Near to all sightseeing.food was good could have been better with different varieties as it was same every day.the whole staff was very polite and cooperative.

Soo clean and good ambiance.

Room is very small and didn't even have a chair and table. I faced very difficult while working. And two single bed attached to make it double. It was soo uncomfortable.

Ambience of the room, facilities and the food. Suite room was up to the mark. Fully satisfied with what the room had to offer. Pizza’s from Herbs on Pizza was awesome.

I like the attitude & hospitality of staff very well, especially the person at the reception. He was very helpful when I stayed here in same hotel from 19th to 22nd Oct for 3 days
