Modern, fresh and high spec hotel. Very well trained and high quality staff and even the small touches decorations, air fresheners, toiletries it’s all great quality. The breakfast was awesome too.Highly recommended.

Nothing. Just the location perhaps if you don’t travel in your own car best to have Uber as auto rickshaws and taxis are difficult to hail from outside the hotel. Also maybe have the swimming pool hours extended to 8 pm??

Excellent service every staff member we interacted with was extremely courteous and helpful. The break fast buffet had a good spears of South Indian and continental dishes. The complementary high tea was also good with limited items. I would highly recommend the place for families.

Not really a complaint but the pool should ideally have a shallow end for kids to play. The pool size is smaller that your standard swimming pool.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel. The rooms were immaculate, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Everything was amazing, and I would definitely love to visit again! PlayStation at lobby was bonus for my kids to have good time.

It was a short stay in Mysore during our transit. Small room for 3 adults but value for money. Good and friendly staff and access to other places in the city was quite good.

Was expecting some dormitory type of acommodation for our driver since we had travel plans for next day. Parking can be improved based on number of rooms. Internet facility can be improved. Some improvement suggestions..

Very nice breakfast, Location is not very good, the divider of the road is the spoiler. Anyway, its not a big deal , it can be ignored.

Little better matteress, matteress are inferior quality, doesnot support the back and provide relief which you are looking for.

The stay was great,clean and tidy.. Best for its price. Spacious room and washroom. Lots of parking space. Complimentary evening tea and snack was a surprise,which we usually dont find it anywhere else.

The breakfast buffet could have been better and flavourful.

The hotel was very clean with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely kind.

It's a bit far from the city center. This can be seen as negative but also as positive. Being far from the city center meant to stay in a quieter place.

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for two nights and we had the best experience. Staff is very helpful and professional, bed was super comfortable and room temperature was great. Definitely would stay there again, highly recommended.
